Secluded, peaceful and quiet
Couldn’t connect to the WiFi as the unit was far from the reception.

All good on my side
It was very cold and I would like to come in summer times.Also my payment that was decline when I booked only realised that on the last minute..Please do inform customers ahead of time and not on the last minute 😔

The accommodation and location was great. The staff put the heater on in the room to warm it up for us as it was a very cold evening.
The breakfast was not great but it was off season so we cant blame the accommodation.

Just what we needed, clean, friendly and v helpful staff

We really enjoyed our stay. There was fun and interactive games and activities which the boys really enjoyed. We got to play some games that we haven't played in years and to play this with the kids was really awesome. There were some hiccups with the Jacuzzi due to load shedding but the staff was accommodating and had this sorted for us.
About 30 minutes after our departure we received a call about 2 or 3 towels that apparently were missing from our cottage. We had to pull over check our bags, we woke the boys and checked their bags too and there weren't any towels except for our own. Now as a suggestion, they should have pre and post check-in & check out counts with the client present to avoid any instances such as this. It was really unpleasant to receive that call and I hope that this matter was resolved within their team. The staff overall were very pleasant and accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean. All staff attended to any issues almost immediately.
Unit needs to be updated. The resort should consider more facilities, like maybe a heated pool and definitely a restaurant would be great.

The pool area is amazing and games room is nice too. Very neat and tidy facilities and staff are lovely

We went out of season loved being there with just a few other people. Also loved the quiet surroundings. Didn't know the chalet would be serviced daily so that was a great bonus! Staff were very friendly.
The chalets were very very hot and with a 36 hour power outage the fans etc didn't work so didn't sleep well. Also very sad that due to loadshedding the jacuzzi didn't have enuf time to heat up. That ants in our chalet were also next level. A decent knife would've also been great, a pairing knife and a bread knife are not sufficient.

Only 1 fan...no aircon.
Ants were all over the counter tops and got into our dinner....frustrating
Size of the room was also very small....felt cramped

Nice and quite . Friendly staff and safe.
Some of the facilities wasn't up and running like the bar . The house we stayed in the braai and the front porch was divided by a wall which wasn't ideal .

Close proximity to beaches and sightseeing destinations
Lack of backup power, we had no choice but to leave the vicinity whenever there was loadshedding.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The chalet was nice and clean and had everything we required.
We were very disappointed that the jacuzzi was not operational and we were not informed beforehand. When searching for accomodation my main criteria was that the accomodation has a jacuzzi.

The wooden chalet we stayed in was was spick and span throughout our stay!! They cleaned our chalet every day and the place was perfectly tailored for self catering.The property is very safe and patrons are considerate. Staff were excellent, always friendly and very helpful! We loved our stay!!
