Lokasi bagus kerana mudah untuk akses dengan kawasan sekitar.Kebersihan dalam bilik juga memuaskan hati.

Tiada pekerja ditempat penginapan kami menginap untuk sebarang pertanyaan kerana ada 2 lokasi hotel ini.Pekerja hanya ada di hotel kita daftar sahaja.

There was aircond very very slow. It stopped suddenly. sempit sangat. wifi also not working. Restless sleep did not come. Couldn't sleep also. like something was disturbance.

Location hotel nice. I suggest to upgrade an aircond and water pressure.

Toilet and room size small. Water pressure for shower too low. For Muslim no space for perform to prayer. Prize hotel Rm80.

The staff on nite duty 10th March (I guess his name is Sam) were not friendly &. quite rude. When I arrived, I told him I had booked a room. He was busy looking on his phone. I asked 2 times, then only he responded. A while later, I accidently left the key inside the room. Then I asked his help to open the door for me. I need to wait again, since he was super busy wif his hphone. He ignored me for a while. I need to ask again. He was so rude, ignoring guest like that. I wasn't staying there for free. Even though the room rate was cheap, it wasn't mean he can deliver CHEAP SERVICE. Then he saw the floor outside my room a bit dirty. He blamed my children for that. I said no.. nothing on my shoes. But at that time, outside, the rain just stopped. So, it's normal if we got a bit dirty on our shoes. Then he said loudly..aiya.. ank you aa.. byk ktor ini lntai.. what his problem actually. Just clean it la! So stupid to treat guests like that. I won't stay there again, I won't recommend to anyone. Please BEHAVE Sam! Please upgrade ur lousy service!
