We had a wonderful stay at Apartment El Brillante. We were greeted at the front door, and our room was ready earlier than expected, which was great. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The provided cleaning pack was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The apartment had an umbrella for the beach, but no chairs as described in the handbook, so be prepared to pay for loungers at the beach (€12 on weekdays, €14 on weekends). The umbrella didn't have a spike, so we bought a 2nd umbrella for €6.99 and left it in the apartment under the couch for others to use. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The only downside was the lack of a balcony, which we missed for our morning and evening relaxation. We didn’t realise this when we booked as there is a picture of a terrace so we assumed this was off the room. The windows don’t lock so you need to ensure you have the blinds down before you go out for the day or evening. The apartment is close to the train station (though it requires climbing five steep flights of stairs) with easy access to Fuengirola through to Malaga. There's also a bus stop nearby. Overall, it's a great, quiet spot close to the beach, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

No balcony or terrace. Not close to any sort of evening entertainment.

L'accueil de Carina malgré que l'on soit arrivé très en retard à cause du retard de l'avion😉 Très souriante et agréable🫶🏻🤗 Appartement bien équipé, propre avec wifi, climatisation et ascenseur. L'emplacement à 50m de la plage, plusieurs restaurants et 2 supermarket à proximité, très bonne boulangerie Garnier à 2kms, en marchant au bord de la plage ça se fait très bien😉 Situé au bout de Fuengirola, le coin est plus calme qu'au centre (au moment de nos vacances fin juin). Assez facile à ce garer mais je pense que celà dépend aussi de la période🤔

Je ne dirais pas les mots "pas apprécié" Juste petit bémol, le bruit de circulation, l'appartement étant au 1er étage côté rue mais on s'y habitue...

Everything it was Ok, the position is very close to the beach, the apartment is equipped with all that you need and very spacious

No balcony, no big mirror, the parking place only for small car

The flat is conveniently located, modern, clean , the kitchen is fully equipped , the 2 bedrooms are comfortable and very useful for our family ; located only a few steps to the beach -we found free parking available nearby ; Definitely a good choice .

The only downside could be the the traffic noise sometimes , but it did not disturb us .

Fully equipped apartment. Fast and stable internet connection. Very close to Carvajal beach. Near the railway station.

The apartment itself is very new (in September 2018) and has most amenities you could wish for - just yards from the beech, washing machine, a great shower, comfy beds and even an ironing table and iron. You can't really fault the apartment itself and it represents great value for money. I would definitely go again.

There's not much you can say that's bad about this apartment. If I were being picky - the road is only 8 feet away from the bedroom windows and the road is a busy one. The apartment does have double glazed windows and you'll have to keep them closed if you hope to get any sleep. Thankfully there is air conditioning so keeping the windows closed doesn't really represent a problem. There is no outside space - no garden or balcony. This isn't really a problem given the fact you are just yards from the beech but just in case you are trying to hang up washing to dry - drying frames are provided however) and of course in Spain things don't take long to dry. One last minor thing to watch out for - if you take a taxi back to the apartment the taxis don't always recognise the address. I found it useful to show them on Google maps where it is - so keeping the address somewhere handy on your phone is recommended.
