Our stay was more than we expected! The penthouse was so beautiful and the location was great! We are already planning our next vacation at the same house!

This was a great property. There were several maintenance issues, but the property management was very responsive. It has a generator too! The power went out several times and this was an added benefit! Would return if some repairs were done.

We loved our stay at Isla 33. It was a very spacious property with lots of outdoor space. Great location mid-island close to both South and North ends. The property management team were all wonderful and handled all our needs. Would recommend staying here for sure if traveling to Isla with couples or multi families.

We loved everything about this property and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable for all of us. The views were beautiful. Pool area very nice. Floor in the pool area is very slippery going towards the restroom when wet, two of us (adults) slipped and fell, luckily we didn't get hurt too bad. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the property. Definitely worth it.

Our family got together for a week in the sun and this was a great place! 4 en suite bathrooms, HUGE kitchen, 2 living spaces, outside dining room PLUS pool and patio outside on the roof. Very nice.

Everyone really enjoyed the accommodations. Great space for everyone to have their own space and also enjoy the space together. Having the private pool was enjoyed by all. The only issue was the hot water, some rooms including the main suite did not have a hot shower throughout our visit. Small inconvenience overall. Everyone we interacted with was responsive and helpful. The water issue, we were advised was a building issue and some folks had really hot water. We all really enjoyed our visit, many first timers - loved the island! The property is Totally worth it!

Our party of 6 just returned from a fabulous week at Isla 33! We were so impressed by all of the amenities at PH1301! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, including quality knives and cookware. Each of the outside spaces had a different beautiful view to enjoy... sunrises in the morning on the main floor deck, ocean waves in the afternoon from the rooftop deck and Cancun lights at night from the back deck. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The mattress in our room was perfect! (a little soft according to my husband) There's a little noise from passing cars at night, but nothing my noisemaker app couldn't drown out. One issue we had was the time it took to get warm water for the shower in the main suite. Warm water came more quickly in the other showers, so we could find one if needed. (and just wait til you see the view from the main suite shower!) Isla 33 is in a great location on the island. We walked a lot, but nothing was too far away. It was a 20-minute walk to the local grocery, Chedraui, which had everything we needed. (Don't forget to take the orange reusable bags provided at the property!). It was a longer walk to Playa Norte (40-45 minutes), but also doable. Just be careful of the uneven and sometimes cracked pavement! There are so many places to stop and take in the views of waves crashing or iguanas sunbathing. Taxis were readily available for 100-125 pesos to go anywhere on the island. We rented a golf cart for 24 hours and there was a parking place for it at the property too. There is so much to do on the island... we need to go back and find all the taquerias we missed! Madera Food and Art is just north of Isla 33 and has THE best stuffed avocado and lettuce bites (and margaritas!). The property managers were very responsive when needed, which was for a couple of minor things. It was a wonderful getaway and I can't wait to go back!

It was very nice Except in the main living room & kitchen the air-conditioning was not working and the elevator was not working!

My husband and I, along with 3 other couples stayed here and had a fantastic vacation! The condo was spacious, gorgeous views, and wonderful outdoor space. We loved everything about it. Definitely recommend!

The property is great and beautiful. However, there were a few key problems at the property. I am currently in process of communicating with property management to resolve a major issue that occurred throughout our stay. On several days and on numerous other occasions throughout our stay, there was no running water. While there was an overall shortage of water on the island that property management points to (which is not our responsibility anyway), there also are major problems with the property's water system which was admitted to by the maintenance crew there. If property management adequately addresses our concern through a partial refund of rent, my assessment of the property will improve and I would enjoy staying there again if the water system is repaired. If our issue is not fairly resolved, I may need to pursue the issue legally to get it fairly rectified, md.

The property is beautiful, with probably the best views on the island. It's ideal for a large group who wants to spend time together. There are a few cool things that weren't clear from the photos. There are two small, private balconies in addition to a medium-sized one with table and chairs, plus the entire top floor with a pool and another elevated balcony with a view of the lagoon and Cancun. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the property. The winds from the gulf are pretty bad - which is fine during the day but a bit excessive at night (the elevated balcony is away from the winds and quite lovely in the evenings). The kitchen is enormous with about anything you could need. There is drinkable water and ice readily available through the fridge. Not so great, there is no reasonable beach access. It's not clear from the photos, but it's not even possible to get down to the rocky park without a significant walk or drive. Not a problem for our group, but might be helpful to know. There are four dedicated bedrooms, plus a small TV room with a couch that was great for a teen, or she could have used the air mattress in the closet. The property is not a separate house but a unit in a large building with plenty of parking nearby. There were water shortage issues during our stay, but having visited the island before I'd forgotten that it's not uncommon regardless of property type. Anyone visiting Isla should know that conserving water and not flushing TP down the toilet are common practices. I wish we'd been reminded on day one - we would have been more conscientious. In all a great location, great penthouse, great time.

Our visit to Isla Mujeres was amazing. The penthouse at Isla 33 was absolutely spectacular. The water and sunrise views were breathtaking. And the decor and attention to luxurious details made the penthouse extra special. We will definitely recommend Isla 33 to others and can’t wait to return for another fabulous vacation!

7 adults stayed here for a 30th celebration and it was perfect. The pictures honestly don’t even do it justice for how incredible the property is. The private pool was the best to come back to after a long day on the beaches and activities. The property management answered questions immediately and the concierge service provided by Julia is a must. It provided a stress free vacation having everything planned for and scheduled. I would repeat this trip in a heart beat. Two of the guests were already looking to book the property for themselves. Book it, you won’t regret it!

This place was even better than the pictures! we loved it and would really enjoy coming back for a visit. On the quiet middle part of the island, felt safe and welcoming with our kids. Comfortable beds, pool and view were the highlight!

This property is amazing! The views are spectacular. Walking distance to 2 great restaurants and bakeries. The people in this area are fantastic. We rented golf carts to go to other areas of the island. There were 9 of us (family) and everyone loved where we stayed.

Very Nice property as described in online. It had everything you needed including pool towels, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen in a great location. The pool and outdoor kitchen are on the rooftop but that was fine for us. Property also has an elevator straight to the penthouse and rooftop pool if needed.

Great experience from the moment we booked to the moment we left ! Can’t wait to return

We rented Isla 33 for my 30th birthday and brought 5 of our friends. The place was spotless and had amazing views. They met us at the space to get us all set up and the hosts were very attentive to any needs that came up! We will definitely be back to rent this space!

Amazing property. Close to the hustle and bustle of downtown but also a peaceful retreat with perfect ocean views!! Highly recommend!! Clean, comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend

No hot water, management company failed to respond until day 3. Failed to fix the problem. This unit need serious maintanence.

Fantastic place! We had fun and were very comfortable in the penthouse ~ very nice amenities, really felt like home.

The house itself is beautiful! And has a gorgeous view! There are 3 king master suites and a 4th king bedroom with bathroom next to it. There is 1 suite in the main living space and a sliding door separating the other 3 bedrooms and it’s own living room/wet bar. Air conditioning worked great! There is an outdoor patio AND a rooftop pool/lounge/grill area with a temperature controlled pool. There is an elevator that leads directly up to the penthouse from the main floor. The restaurant on the main floor (Topaz) has good food! They have a linen closet with plenty of extra towels/sheets/pillows/pool towels. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, etc.. There is filtered water hooked up to the refrigerator, a washer and dryer, Dish TV in both living rooms and main master suite, and smart tv’s (with Netflix) in the other bedrooms. HOWEVER! The WiFi doesn’t work in 2 of the bedrooms so you can’t really watch anything since netflix constantly refreshes. The negatives: We were told to contact the property management company when we were at the ferry dock and that they would be waiting for us outside Isla 33 to help with check-in. Not only was no one waiting for us, but we had to go inside and find someone to call our concierge and tell them we needed to know where our room was and how to get in. The process took over 20 minutes. We had a tired and hungry 2 year old with us, so this was not a fun wait! The main master bedroom has NO window shade where the shower is! The bathroom window faces the Main Street outside and we were told you can’t see into the window from outside, but we went outside and you CAN see everything! We remedied this by hanging up a pool towel over the window! And lastly (even though it’s out of anyone’s control), when it’s windy the two bedrooms facing the ocean have hurricane shutters that rattle loudly all night. We had a noise machine going in our room which helped, but it’s still loud. All in all we had a nice stay would definitely rent this penthouse again. The pros definitely outweigh the cons!
