Loved this place ! Location was superb for visiting somerset ! Great having the paddock to walk dog in morning and last thing at night Breakfast was lovely and having it at your door each morning was a brilliant idea ! Loved the table and chairs outside our door Carol very helpful

Perfect location to Chard Equestrian centre.

Lovely location set in country side. We were in cottage no 1 which was surrounded by beautiful garden. Good breakfast and ample parking. Easy to locate and constant updates by email with Carol and her daughter . Only downside was no where to walk as on a busy road (if thats what your looking for )but Carol was open about that.

It suited us as was just an overnight stay.

Didn’t like the on line check in and out,as it didn’t feel very welcoming.The same with the breakfast ordering on line.

I enjoyed the friendliness and helpfulness of the Owners yet leaving me alone to enjoy being quiet during a very stressful time. Breakfast was plentiful and a good choice on the Menu. Full-size bathroom and comfortable Stay.

Lovely place to stay. Breakfast was excellent. We were doing a walking holiday and it was a great stay to relax after a full days hiking.

Breakfast - Nice variety and big enough portions. Nice to have room service and option to eat outside in the private patio area. Owner very friendly. Quiet location and did not hear the road noise in the room. Paddock big enough for dogs to use.

Very tight entrance to the location. Could do with a road mirror on opposite side of entrance as busy road when trying to get out as almost on a bend. Pricing for pets to be on the website would be appreciated. Was told cost after I had booked and got confirmation of booking from accommodation.Some rooms only have roof windows and can be a little warm in the summer. Portable fan in room ok to cool down room at times.

The exit from the guesthouse onto a main road with no visibility, until the car is well into the road. A mirror opposite would be a great help.
