Staff are very friendly and helpful the location is very good near BTS and super market just 5min walking

Everything was perfect. Hotel's location was very good. The staff and hotel management were exceptionally hospitable. My family enjoyed a lot during their 5 days stay. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Hotel was near the mall and shops.

Old, torn and stained bath towels. Curtain was torn too. There’s no ramp in the main entrance, only stairs - hard for travellers with luggages and person with disability. Toilet in my Auntie’s room was not presentable - old.

Staff attitude are good and polite

Location is not so friendly for call the public transports due to hidden area and one way. Drivers always stop us at mainroad and let us walk the narrow road back to hotel. Building exterior is okay. But interior is old and uncomfortable.

Great stay It was a great location, very close to the BTS station. Quiet road but very close to the main area. Shops are nearby. The pool is a great bonus. The room was very spacious and loved the bath tub.

Always stay here when in Bangkok ..... which is a recommendation in itself. Room , bed and bathroom are comfortable... but sometimes a bit tired looking . Dining room and breakfast excellent... lots of choice. Roof swimming pool is great with plenty of loungers table and chairs. Location is excellent and near to the sky rail.

The building was beautiful. The lobby was elegant and nice and the pool was a fun place to hang out at. Even though the pool area was a little run down, it was still nice to have a pool to sit at.

The outside of the building was lovely and there seemed so much promise when you walk in and have that lovely lobby. The rooms were terrible though. Completely run down with extremely uncomfortable beds. The bathrooms had grout falling off everywhere, bugs around the faucets, the shower curtain fell down when we tried to move it out of the way. They also gave 5 grown women 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper for two days...The staff did not speak English very well, which was a key filter that I used. They had a hard time being able to help us when we had questions.

We booked a deluxe triple room but we got a standard room with 3 simple beds.small and noisy. Room. Bad booking experience. Beware!
