Todella kiva turistihotelli. Sijainti erinomainen. Metroasema kivenheiton päässä, samoin bussi- ja ratikkapysäkit. Erittäin siisti tilava ja hiljainen huone. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mikä helpotti helteessä. Henkilökunta fantastisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Erityisesti vastaanoton Larissa oli aivan super! Hän neuvoi meille hyvät ruokapaikat lähistöltä, joihin turistina ei olisi ikinä löytänyt. Aamupala oli runsas. Schönbrunnin linna lähellä, ja metro-junayhdistelmällä pääsi kätevästi lentokentälle. Suosittelemme loistavaksi ja edulliseksi tukikohdaksi Wienin kaupunkilomalle

Nothing as such.
Details mentioned here on booking.com must be clear. Many of the things such as iron, basic cutlery were missing and we had to literally beg at reception for.
We were provided with above things on a promise of returning them back by end of the same day.
Lamps were not in good condition and kept blinking.

Located a short distance from metro and trams. Complimentary water/tea/coffee in the foyer between 15.00 and 22.00. Air-conditioning in the bedroom. Lovely ‘garden’. Excellent breakfast.

The noise isolation is just not good, got a lot of noise from the cars in the street and from the next room.

Please be very careful with this hotel. Upon my departure, I was informed that the floor in my room was dirty, requiring a special cleaning which incurs an additional charge. Needless to say when I left the room the floor was clean. No hotel has ever tried to extort money from me in this way.

Location is very close to metro station. There are supermarkets nearby.
No facilities in room - First time I'm seeing a hotel room without a kettle.The locker also had some issues and I reported it to reception, sadly no one attended the issue.

Location was good, near to the U -Bahn Station, but e.g. Schönbrunn you could reached by feet.
Our room was on the ground floor, very quiet. We got extra pillows by request.
Breakfast was nothing special, especially coffee was disappointing. Fruit/veggie slice bowls were empty. Always crowded.

- breakfast .... the same every day ... not necessarily a problem
- no mini fridge
- the administrator and the son are a bit grumpy
-the fridge in the lobby under lock and key.... they treat you from the beginning like potential thieves😂😂... timed to be able to serve you tea ♂️ 🤦 until 10 p.m.

Good location with public transport available near by. Breakfast was good and it was nice way to start the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean.

There should be some kind of minifridge or minibar to keep drinks and snacks. We had to open the big window and keep our drinks on the outside windowsill to keep them cold.
Another thing was the safe deposit box which didn't quite work in the room. Sometimes it accepted the code we set and sometimes there was endless amount of error messages which was strange.

clean, enough room, great wifi to work, amazing breakfast(perfectly cooked eggs, smoked salmon, best cheese versions, freshly baked variety of breads and good coffee) we miss it already! the shower is great, hot water right away with good pressure. location is perfect just 10 min metro ride from our place. staffs are great too, you can get good restaurants advice and they are very knowledgeable about touristic places, I ear dropped once in the lobby they explained very detailed. all in all it was way better than we expected. Good work Hotel Lucia, thanks for everything.
I was going to have a private call and couldn’t take anywhere as it was very personal. The reception would have taken an initiative and offer a place for half an hour. We asked for late checkout and first one person said it would be possible and advise us to ask on the day. however when we asked, the receptionist refused the request without even checking the availability. overall it was disappointing but as the hotel delivered what they were supposed to do,we still give 10 score.

Clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed, comfortable bed, good public trabsport.
Staff was partly friendly partly unfriendly. Breakfast stuff was paricularly unfriendly, mean. No food for allergic peiople (lactose, gluten) and if you bring your own rice milk they make faces. Small building, small room. Feels a bit cheap. Private parking is open air locked parking space in the next street but the key must be left at the reception, you can't keep it with you. No microwave in the room, no fridge.
