The photos are accurate: this place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes and utensils. Excellent condo overall. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as walking paths and bike rentals. We went hiking up Knox Mountain and it was awesome! We would gladly book again, the host is awesome and the place was perfect. Thank you.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Being on the ground level worked out great for us. Having use of the bbq, beach chairs and soft huge beach towels were a bonus! You are very close to the beach, and a short distance to walk to the downtown area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. We highly recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future:)

We had a great experience at Marcia’s condo. The patio was shaded most of the day so we sat out there quite a bit and watched all the people entering the beach pathway. We were very happy the AC was working as we spent more time in the condo than expected to get a break from the heat.

A wonderful, clean, well appointed and quiet space right in the heart of downtown waterfront. Just a short walk along a boardwalk into town and steps from a lovely sandy beach. A good choice if you are wanting a convenient getaway.

This is a great place. It's super clean and has everything you need including a kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook at home. We enjoyed the location because it is a quick walk to the crazy parts of downtown but is far enough away to be quiet.

Easy to find. Very clean and well equipment. Property Manager on site and extremely helpful! Perfectly located to walk through the bird sanctuary to the beach and harbour front in Kelowna. Will definitely recommend this property.

We had a nice stay. The appartement is located in a very big resort with a lot of amenities. It is and fully equiped. The only warnings I would do is that it the pool is located on the third floor so there is not a direct access to it. You have to take an elevator. Also, it is not very private as people that are passing by have a direct view on the living room and patio. Despite of this, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first Vrbo ever and we couldn't have been happier. The condo was just like/ or prettier than the pictures and the location was even better than listed. The quality of the dishes, silverware and the kitchen had everything you dream of- took some notes and want to purchase the beautiful gold rimmed teacups- so fancy and elegant. The bed linens were on par with what you would find at the Ritz Carlton, and oh I loved the pomegrant shower soap and the rose water face towellettes were fancier than a Conde Neste Spa. Also loved the washer and dryer and that all laudary deteregent/ fabric softner. We also loved the spa like beach towels and the Tommy Bahama beach chairs were so nice. Loved the property manager felt so welcome and loved that we could bring our hypo allergenic labradoodle, thank you for trusting us, we are responsible dog owners and this was also our first ever family vacation with our dog- couldn't do that at the Ritz either. We can't wait to come back next year and hope every visitor treats this condo as if it was their own, so it will stay as nice as it was for us. Thank you for a fabulous family vacation !!!!!!!

We love staying here. Heather is always great to deal with. The property has everything you could need. The beach is a 5 min walk with lovely bird and turtles to check out on the way.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! The property is located 2 minutes from the beach and is on the ground level which we love. Marcia and Heather were very easy to communicate with! Also, an excellent place if you have children as the pool and the beach are so close. Thank you Marcia and Heather! We had a great 3 day holiday, shared with great friends. Accommodations were exactly as stated. All that you may need or want is supplied. Close to everything! Wonderful stroll along the waterway. Sorry we weren't able to try out/use all the amenities, next time.:) We were very impressed. Thanks again !!!

Wondeful codo. Bright, spacious, beautiful space with lovely furniture and everything you need for a stay by the beach. The condo is located within a short walking distance from the downtown with resteraunts and shopping. The main beaches are within a 2 minute walk along a beautiful boardwalk and bird sanctuary. We enjoyed the main beaches which offer a place to relax or have many options to particiapte in watersports or boat rentals. The condo also offers two pools and hot tubs which we enjoyed in the late afternoons /evenings for swimming and relaxing. Exciting and relaxing evening spots are all within walking distance as well. This is a great spot to vacation. Parking is close to the unit and secure. We loved our stay there.
