The location of The Palm Bay Club is ideal. Walk out the door & you are on the gorgeous white sand beach. Chairs & umbrellas are easy to coordinate. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Our stay was magical!

We pulled up the first day about five minutes after sunset, what a beautiful place. The condo was clean and very nice, the pictures are exactly how the unit is. We will be back.

This is the second time staying at Palm Bay, first in the Towers. Condo was a great size and had everything we needed. The window in the master has been taped (maybe from the storm) and caused the wind to howl quite a bit.

Now I was able to bring my kids here for this special occasion. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from the 10th floor. We were able to walk out of the building and be at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Location was amazing in the tower 10th floor. Views of both sunset and sunrise from this condo. Actual condo had everything you need and was pretty clean. Had to get maintenance in to fix the shower drains and then they were fine. Building is older and in need of renovations in the lobby and hallways. Only 1 elevator working which was fine and we didn’t wait too long most of the time but it stunk like vomit inside. Such a great location and we would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay at The Palm Bay Club, but our first time renting a unit in the tower. We always enjoy our time at the PBC. The view from this unit was fabulous. However, there were several things about the towel and Unit 105 that made our stay less than ideal. Only one elevator was working during our stay often resulting in long waits. Pillows were ridiculously thin and beds were all uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower does not drain properly, so you end up standing in 4" of water. WAY too much clutter in the unit; the numerous artificial plants for example are dust magnets and take up a lot of space. The hallway on the 10th floor is in desperate need of cleaning/updating/repairs. Disappointed considering the amount we paid for our stay. We'll be back again, but will choose another unit for sure.

It could use a little TLC but nothing that would change your stay. The master bedroom door handle came off one morning but luckily we were staying with others so they let us out the room. One of the elevators was out. I was disappointed because I had read reviews from April that one was out. I thought it should have been repaired by now. The property was beautiful, access to the beach and beach chairs was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay overall.

We rented this property for a family trip. It fit our needs perfectly. We had our daughter and son in law and our two granddaughters. Everything was comfortable and well set up. Would definitely rent it again!

MESSAGE TO THE OWNERS:property management stated that they called you about our request to stay the afternoon with an additional payment (albeit not the full nights rent. It was vacant for that 1 night, and we offered to pay by the hour for a few extra hours.... Until about 4:00. They stated that they called you and you declined the offer. I hope that they contacted you because if they did not, then you missed out on additional rental money. At any rate, it was vacant that night, and you received NO rental for that evening, when you could have received something.
Checkout was at 10am, and a “late checkout” was at noon for an extra $50. That was not enough time for us as our flight left at 7:30 pm and we had a 2 year old with us. We ended up renting a canopy for the day so the Tropical Beach Rentals for our money instead. It worked out ok, but we just felt like you were not given a the chance to accept our offer. We have a STR on the Texas coast, on the beach as well, and property management would definitely call us regarding a later checkout if that one night was still available. If they did not give you a call regarding our request for a later checkout, then you were not properly represented. Just thought you might
like to know.

The rooms are clean and well-appointed. Very affordable price and I will be back next time.
