Outdated, bad Wi-Fi, terrible air conditioner. The elevator took almost 10 minutes in the morning. They should close the hotel.

Great location, room was very comfy, breakfast was well served, pool was working. Service in the desk and check in were outstanding. Employees were gentle, friendly, doing more than was needed. a big cheers for them.

Furniture was outdated in the rooms, which did not match much with the essence of the hotel. At the bar, the employee working there did not show much of experience making drinks. That was a down size because we received friends in the lobby.

I was in an apartment that’s not yet renovated, and those are clearly not at the expected standard. Bathrooms must be redone as they don’t feel clean. Furniture is old fashioned. Fitness area and pool must be redone from scratch.

Very good and efficient staff. Good breakfast, room was ok. A big shoutout Martin who was both very kind and helpful.

old and run down furniture windows could not be closed tight resulting in high noise from street elevator didn’t work properly, i had to walk down from 5 floor because it didnt stop, up was Ok wife was very slow
