When I arrived I was told that there was no vacancy, despite my reservation was confirmed hours ago. The only solution they offered me was another location 10km away which was very basic and not as clean. On top they charged me more!! Never in my life!!

Good prize and attention

The day we left, we did not get our breakfast, we left at 6 am. I do not know if that was actually too early

La habitaciones son cómodas, tiene buena cercanía y espacio para los vehículos!

No se puede pagar por la aplicación ya que el método de pago está bloqueado, al llegar iba a pagar y nos cobraron impuestos que no están contemplados y después de un buen rato decidimos pagar en dólares y el cambio lo hacen a un valor mucho más alto! Pasamos casi una hora discutiendo el tema de lo que yo había aceptado por la plataforma y al final el dueño aceptó pero si fue una situación difícil e incómoda más que éramos un grupo de 11 personas.

The Owner, & family were so very helpful, generous, & friendly. Always there for me, made me feel like a part of the family. My very first visit to Costa Rica, & set the tone, high standard, and comparison for my entire 3 month stay in Costa Rica !

It's a beautiful remote stay in the Mountains, so you need a vehicle to get around.

They charged me more than what the reservation was claiming they had a different exchange rate. The official exchange rate was 588 x dollar the one they charged me was 650 quite a difference

breakfast was fine at the restaurant; the local cleaning lady offered to do our clothes laundry for free (we accepted but gave her $20, for which she was very grateful). Apparently, sloths visit in the early evening, but we did not see them, as it was raining.

a room far from the road, as semi trucks use their J-brakes all the time. Thus, every now and then, there was a huge noise.

Cleanliness

Everything was good. No complaints.
