There is falling rail on the shower curtain, and little renovation on the white painting around the switches and the central beam deviding kitchen and bedroom area is needed ... Also second wine glass will be appreciated... And a portable speaker would be nice...

Everything that you could possibly need is already available, the property is very clean and neat and the host was very nice and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place

it is a suitable property and in a great location especially if you have to deal with studies and exams such as IELTS.

No Air conditioning. which makes the daytime a bit uncomfortable.

Studio is just as cosy and nice as it looks like on the photos. It was clean, silent (no noise from the outside), public transport/bus is just a minute walk from the studio. And last but not least, our host was really kind, without any unnecessary questions or visits, but I feel like that if we had some issues or requests, she would help us immediately. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment with an excellent location! Towles, cutlery, dishes, kettle, toilet paper, kitchen paper, dish washing detergent, sponge for cleaning, additional trash bag, floor based fan.

Mostly happy, I just think the area between the wall and floor in the shower could use some extra cleaning. No AC, so it was hot, probably 30+ C. Granted, there were some very hot days. I personally didn't mind, but others might like to know that 😃
