The staff was friendly as in most places in Mexico and the price was very affordable.

We reserved 2 rooms with 2 beds, the first night only one was available, and the second room had only one bed. Therefore our companions had to switch rooms for the second night, not ideal for a 2 night stay. One of the rooms was for 2 adults, two kids, including breakfast. As some have already mentioned, breakfast for the kids was not included and charged extra (120 Pesos per child for the breakfast buffet). This seems like false advertising to me. Breakfast included ist very simple but ok, they try to get you to pay 50 Pesos more for the buffet option (probably worth it, but again, this should be communicated openly beforehand). Payment of the extra 50 Pesos was organized very poorly. The first day it could only be done in cash at the entrance to the breakfast room and the second day we had to pay at the reception desk. It should be possible to charge this to the room to avoid the hassle. The vent in our bathroom was incredibly loud and you hear everything from the hallway! They have a service to ask for things from reception on their intranet, my request for additional towels (there were only two towels for our 4 person room reservation) and toilet paper (no spare roll for our second day - again, we were four people!) was never fulfilled (granted, after 1 hour we went to eat breakfast and left shortly after, but it should really NOT take 1 hour to get 2 towels and some toilet paper). The internet was quiet bad, connection broke up constantly and it was quiet slow. I know you can't expect a 5 star experience for this price (and I didn't), but I feel with some open and clear communication and attention to detail, the hotel could improve the overall experience significantly.

Friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us when the ice machine didn't work for us, someone was there within a couple minutes. Same staff member helped us when we couldn't connect to WiFi, my teenagers were grateful for that! Really close to Angelópolis shopping mall. Breakfast included definitely a plus! Portions were generous, friendly staff and variety of food and taste was good!

Location was a little hidden and view from the room wasn't great.

The people at the restaurant really make their best effort to meet our expectations. In general, all the staff at the hotel really gave the best to make our stay very pleascent.
