Room had no windows, otherwise great

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff, I like it!!!

They have two locations, pictures show the wrong one. They charge a big security deposit (I got it back but I’d prefer a place without it) Also the hot water took forever to come down. And you don’t have a main door key when going outside (maybe for security reasons but it’s annoying)

Almost nothing went well. We had stayed previously and it was fine but this time we were very disappointed with everything. I would say the only thing that went well was the complimentary breakfast which had a nice setting and was very good.

Everything...We sent the hotel an email 1 week before arriving asking for an early check in (see attached photo). Our plane was landing at 5am and we asked if we could check in starting at 6am. We then received a nice email from the hotel telling us that there was no problem. They approved our request and let us know we could check in starting at 6am and that it would be free of charge. We arrive at the hotel around 6am and we are told that we cannot check in and if we want to we would need to pay an extra night. The person at the front desk was not helpful at all and didn't want to try and find a solution. We showed him the email but he didn't care. So here we were at 6am with no hotel room. Eventually we went to another hotel to sleep until check in time. We go back to the hotel later in the day to check in and this time they tell us there is an issue with water, or something of the sort, and so that we can't stay in the hotel. They send us to another hotel of theirs that is 5-10 mins away driving. We have our two big luggages this whole time and keep walking around with them. We arrive at the other hotel and sleep there for the night. When we arrived at that hotel, the person at the front desk let us know that we would have breakfast included the next day from 8am to 11am in this hotel. We programmed our day based on that information. We wake up the next day and go down to the lobby around 9:30 (which we thought was plenty of time to get breakfast) but they tell us that actually the breakfast in this hotel is not happening (information I am sure they had the night before when they told us it was here) and they tell us if we want the breakfast we need to go to another one of their properties also 5-10 mins driving. We are about to head there when the person at the front desk mentions that breakfast is only until 10am...

the room had no window and it’s attached to a bar. Loud loud loud, so loud music. and there is a passage door that lets people from the bar get into the hotel, not safe at all. then there was no water! horrible stay

The location was perfect. Congratulations because the concept of it is one of a kind. It’s like being in a private hotel and not on one of the comercial ones. From the welcoming to the farewell were not expected, Excellent! thank you to all of the personnel.

Everything was beautiful. Near the places we needed it to be. The only complain probably is that there is no Elevator to the upper floors well need it.

Location is good

No Hot water, dirty room at Check-in, some guest decided to divorced at 5 am and Hotel Staff decided to avoid confrontation.

Prime location and the staff is amazing.

I loved the location and friendly/helpful staff. the interior is beautiful. My room was a great size for a solo traveler. Super clean and enough storage. The bathroom was clean. I also loved the Walmart, Starbucks coffee around the corner. Great neighborhood.

I didn’t like having to be buzzed into the hotel each time I’d return. I also didn’t like having to leave the key at the front door each time I’d leave. I’m assuming these processes are a security concern. It takes getting used too. My room was at the front of the hotel, above the signs. The noise from the street and the staff below the room were very loud. I’d definitely stay here again, but would request a room away from the front.

Our group of 10 was moved to hotel parque Mexico so can’t comment on hotel parque Mexico petit.

The location in Condesa was excellent, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were very nice. Breakfast is served in a terrace overlooking Park Mexico; it's beautiful.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the pressure in the shower wasn't great. Breakfast is served at a sister hotel about 700 metres away, rather than on site. WiFi is linked to your room, so if you are in the hotel lobby waiting for an Uber (or getting breakfast), you'll be off line.
