O hotel fica mto próximo a estação Santa Cecília do metrô e conta com mercado, padaria e bons comércios próximo. Oferecem um bom café da manhã, banho quente, ar condicionado e camas confortáveis. É tranquilo caminhar mesmo durante a noite na região. Os colaboradores, em especial da portaria, são mto solícitos e atenciosos. É a segunda vez que me hospedo.

O banheiro poderia ter box, pois a água volta para dentro do banheiro e chuveiro precisa de limpar para evitar os entupimentos.

Já tinha estado neste hotel mas o quarto era mt melhor. Este era mt pequeno e quase n conseguia movimentar me. De resto tava ok incluindo café manhã no primeiro piso.

A zona parece perigosos à noite por causa das drogas.

Everything... Terrible

The apartament was big and offered much privacy when traveling with friends. The breakfast was good. The area, although in the center, felt rather safe, but definitely it is not recommended to walk around after dark.

Internet is rather slow and doesn’t work well in all rooms and coffee option could be improved. i prefered to quite on coffee for the days I stayed there, instead of drinking the machine espresso

Friendly staff. The receptionist was very friendly and patient with us considering the language barrier. Good that they offer Breakfast that is fairly good. WiFi is also available and good.

The area is not good, it's situated downtown and a lot of homeless people and apparently the 'land of the thieves'. It does not look like what you see in the pictures. The area has really deteriorated, not a nice building. Beds are not comfortable. It would help a lot if they add a kettle in the rooms so one can have hot water to make tea.

The room is nothing special, just ok, but fully enough. The big plus is friendly staff and safety.

Unfortunately the surrounding is overflooded with junkies, what increases unpleasant feeling once you live the hotel doors.
