Sehr nette, flexible und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist so, wie beschrieben und auch auf den Bildern für die Wohnung zu sehen, die man ausgewählt hat. Diese Wohnung hatte nun keine Küche, sondern eine kleine Ecke im Wohnzimmer mit Wasserkocher, Nespresso Kapselmaschine und einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Geschirr und Besteck sind auch vorhanden, so dass man die Möglichkeit hat, ein Essen in der Wohnung einzunehmen. Alles sieht sehr neu, hochwertig und gepflegt aus. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt, perfekt für einen kurzen Urlaub.

Knusse kamer waar het heerlijk stil was en een eigen privé tuintje! Er stond ook een boek klaar met restaurants die de eigenaren aanraden wat heel handig was. De eigenaren waren overigens ook goed bereikbaar.

Er zat geen ontbijt bij en we hadden de kamer een beetje groter verwacht.

Hele mooie suite, goede locatie en ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren.

The room is entirely renovated, very well decorated, and absolutely clean and comfortable. Tom and Ria were very responsive and helpful with all our questions and needs. Absolutely lovely!

There was nothing we didn’t like

No breakfast(which was fine by me), but there was plenty of coffee and a few free drinks in the fridge. . I liked the way I was met by the hosts. They were really nice and very helpful, regarding places to eat and drink; directions into town; facilities in the apartment....very comprehensive. The bed was comfortable,the apartment clean, the shower warm...and plenty of cooking facilities if needed. Totally satisfied and recommended.

Well, what can I say? Ria and Tom's place is absolutely stunning! Not only was the room beautifully done up, it was also spotlessly, or should I say, squeaky clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The photos do no justice, reality looks better. Tom and Ria were a very sweet couple, ever helpful in providing us with information on Ghent and helping us with our luggage up the stairs. Really appreciate it and also appreciate the ride to the train station that Tom gave us since it was a public holiday. Thanks Ria and Tom. We will definitely recommend your place to anyone visiting Ghent.

Very friendly hosts and lots of nice touches within the accommodation, a lot of effort made to provide informative information such as places to eat, drink and things to do, we tried some of them and weren't disappointed. The place was extremely clean and the spacious bedroom had a really comfortable bed.

the kitchenette needs to be repositioned, to make it easier to use. A sliding door on the main bedroom would be ideal.

Lovely studio flat with private garden. Beautifully furnished, very clean, and the owner explained everything on our arrival. It was very well placed for all the sight-seeing in the city in a quiet street.

Luckily we found out the day before arrival that foreign cars, apart from Belgian and Dutch, need to be registered because the property is in a low emissions zone. This needs to be added to their listing.
