Casa Bendicion is a joy. We rented a golf cart for the whole week and after a few hours on the bustling, noisy north end (where our favorite place for tacos was also the least expensive: Los Burritos), we’d stop by Cafe Mogagua for icy coffees and zoom back down south. Stepping through the gates of Playa al Mar always felt like we were returning to our own private heaven—quiet and peaceful, the view of the sunset from either the balcony or the pier was unbeatable. The pool and grounds were sparkling clean and the staff was fantastic and friendly. With two teenagers in tow, it was great to have three bedrooms—they shared the room with the king and the twin for sleeping and we used the bunk room as a walk-in closet. Between the pier, the pool, and the well-stocked game closet, nobody was ever bored. (Another valuable perk was the drinking water dispenser! Food tips: take-out pizza from Oscar’s is a great choice for those nights when you want to stay in, and breakfast at Cafe Mango is indeed as delicious as everyone says.) I’m writing this on the plane home to Indiana and I already want to go back to Casa Bendicion.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was! Had absolutely no problems and definitely would recommend staying here!

First trip to Isla Mujeres - this condo is very clean, beds are comfortable, lots of towels and beach towels provided for guest use. There was also plenty of shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, etc. in case anyone forgot anything. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment, however, the numbers have rubbed off the dials of the stove and oven and it's hard to figure out where to set the temp. They also provide bottled water, which was great. The view is beautiful; you are on the bay and not the ocean and there is a smallish man-made beach by the water. Pool is very nice. We had a small hiccup with water in the condo not working when we arrived, but that was quickly resolved. The staff at the complex is very nice and very helpful. The condo also has a lot of movies, books and games, which was good because wifi was spotty to use the tv. The location is not close to town, but we had a golf cart to use to go wherever we wanted and the island is small, so it doesn't take much time. There are also taxis everywhere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Absolutely loved this condo. We had plenty of essentials already there for our convenience. The condo was appointed very well. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in Mexico. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was great for us as well. Away from the crowds and beautiful view from both balconies. The only downside would be some music coming from the large hotel next door during the day but nothing loud enough we could hear inside. The grounds are kept very clean. I can’t say anything negative about casa bendicion other that internet and Wi-Fi were spotty but that’s more of an island issue not the condos. Beach area quiet and never saw anyone use it while we were there. The hot tub was great after a long day traveling or shopping. Thank you for hanging us.

Absolutely lovely condo, met our every need. Wonderful location on the peninsula. Easy to go either north or south. Stunning views excellent staff. I will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Bendición! Richard the owner, Jose the property manager and Cande Jose's assistant were proactive in letting me know all the information I needed to have a wonderful stay, not only leading up to our arrival but also during our stay by checking in with me to make sure everything was going well. Cande met us upon our arrival (they even let us check in early which was very much appreciated) and showed us around. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals. The staff and security on the premise were kind, helpful and in our limited Spanish funny too. We spent a full day jumping off the pier and enjoying the gorgeous sunset. We felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves that day. I highly recommend staying at Casa Bendición and we would definitely stay there again. We recently stayed at Casa Bendicion with our 2 teen boys, to celebrate our oldest son’s high school graduation. Our initial dates fell through due to a family situation; however, Richard worked with us and we were able to reschedule our stay. He didn’t have to do that, according to vrbo policy. We’re so grateful he did! This place has everything a family could want. Our boys loved fishing on the pier and snorkeling around it. Jose made sure we were fully taken care of and even helped us book transfers, excursions, a golf cart for the week, and answered questions throughout our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you pick this condo and this location. Always felt safe and the owner, manager and staff are so friendly and accommodating. We will be back most definitely!

Casa Bendicion was honestly more than what we hoped for . We traveled with 5 kids from 6-15 and they all loved staying here . From the pool to the sunsets to snorkeling in the ocean . Jose was so friendly and so very helpful . The staff that works there was also so friendly and kind . They offered great recommendations on places to see and where to eat the best food . We had to reschedule our vacation and Richard was so helpful and understanding. 100% recommend and can’t wait to come back .

We enjoyed our stay in Richards spacious three-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom had a stunning view out across the water as did the living room. The pool was beautiful although the water was very warm due to the time of year that we are here. There was a small beach that you could swim off, but you did have to wade through seagrass. The jetty from the beach was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunset from there. Four members of our group went snorkeling, one day and swimming with whale sharks another day. For them it was the highlight of their trip to Isla. Richards apartment is in a much quieter area on the island, far away from the busy and somewhat noisy Playa Norte. We hired two 4-seater golf carts for $90US each per day in order to get around on the island and also used taxis several times. Each taxi ride was US$10 one-way, pretty much wherever you went on the island. Overall we loved our stay. This was a lovely place for a peaceful family holiday.

It was wonderful. The condo is beautiful. Very quiet. Jose was very accommodating. It’s a fun getaway. Jose arranged a golf cart which we used day and night. There is a grocery store near. The other properties from the streets are very deceptive. You may think the look run down and awful once inside all beautiful. Hidalgo Street at night looks like little Italy. Be sure to go out on the dock for the sunset. Also kudos to the helpful men on the property and to all the people on the island we felt safe day and night. There is a guest book from previous guests, following their recommendations. Mike Pizza, Mango’s, etc. Also, all you need is a half-day pass at Galfon(?) Park.

The best part of the stay were the grounds and communication. The condo was clean and well stocked. Beautiful views!! Definitely plan to taxi or golf cart as there is not many options walking distance. Would 100% recommend!!

We loved our stay on Isla Mujeres and at this property. Jose helped arrange transfers to and from the airport. He also reserved a golf cart for us and it was waiting when we arrived. The property is well kept and the beach and pool area were beautiful. We loved watching the sunset and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. We loved everything about Isla Mujeres from the ease of getting around, the food, the friendly people and the beautiful beaches. We hope to return and we would definitely stay at Casa Bendicion again!

Property was as advertised. Spacious. Clean. Well taken care of inside and out. 4th trip to the island and would not hesitate to stay here again. Oh and the condo had so many things you may have forgotten. Sun screen. Toothpaste. Snorkeling gear. Beach towels. Coolers. Great value for the money. Thanks so much.

Loved everything about the Condo. Pool & private beach area was wonderful. Owner & manager were accessible & prompt with all communications before, during and after trip. Very helpful when needing any assistance from getting golf cart to finding a place to print and sign medical documents. Look forward to next time!!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment. We went with my parents and 3 children and it was loved by all. The property was so well taken care of and the staff was always helpful and friendly. It was very quiet and peaceful. Jose was quick to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend a golf cart rental as the stores are a little bit away. I couldn’t say a bad thing about our time here! Thank you!

The location was away from all the crazy tourism which made it very relaxing. Short 10 golf cart drive to anything. Excellent place to feel comfortable, relaxed and safe.

Richard and Michelle were exceptional in their communications with us from the very beginning of our booking. Their attention to detail made for a truly relaxing and worry free getaway. The accommodations exceeded our expectations as did all of the gracious staff at the property. This was our first trip to Mexico and everyone in our family, including our four year old, fell in love with its food, culture, natural beauty, and incredibly thoughtful people. From the time I first booked until checkout, it was a great experience. We have been going to Isla for 12+ years and we have stayed at many places on the island. This one was the best. We brought family that had never been before. They feel in love. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the view is breathtaking. You can stay in and cook or take a short Taxi into town and have an awesome meal. We loved every minute. The sunsets are beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented golf carts to get around the island. I highly recommend this. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Richard and staff for making thing one of our favorite stays.

Three night stay at the condo wonderful. Dean is beautiful and the accommodations are excellent. We were disappointed not to be able to swim in the ocean, but swimming in the pool was perfect. We really enjoyed swimming in the evening, when the air was cooler and the water was just the right temperature. Unit is well stocked with everything we needed, and was large enough to easily accommodate seven. We would highly recommend staying at your place to anyone who wishes to go to Isla Mujeres. They will not be disappointed.

Casa Bendicion was a wonderful home for our week in Isla Mujeres! This is our third stay on the island and by far our favorite place to stay. The view is amazing, the condo is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly and the area is quiet but not too far from restaurants and other activities. Don’t miss snorkeling at Garrafon de Castilla less than 2 miles away! Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this condo.

We are so happy we booked this property! It met all of our expectations and more. We were looking for a relaxing time, away from the noisy crowds of Cancun. It was nice to be on the quiet side of Isla Mujeres, with an almost-private beach and pool. Every time we were on the adjoining beach, we had it all to ourselves. Same for the pool. Just a few doors down from Puerta al Mar, there's a thumping, techno driven bar/hotel with boisterous crowds, but we were so grateful to not have to deal with such people. There's such a gentle, relaxing vibe at Casa Bendicion and Puerta al Mar. The condo itself was super comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The property manager and staff were gracious and incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. We want to come back!

This property checks all the boxes… unbelievable view, room for all and every amenity needed to feel safe and comfortable. One mean girl works the front desk, but the friendliness of the rest of the staff was so over the top it more than makes up for her. Manny made our trip special and we can’t wait to be back.

It was our first time staying at isla mujeres and it was definitely great. Everyone around you is extremely friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night. Very safe, quiet and clean. We had so much fun. The property has everything you need! Definitely recommend the stay!

My family of 4 had a wonderful week at Casa Bendicion! Our girls are 11 & 15 & this was their first time to Mexico. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We couldn't get over how quiet it was there. All of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Jose helped us set up everything we needed prior to our arrival; transfer to ferry, golf cart & even stocked our fridge with a few things so we didn't have to worry about anything! Richard and Michelle communicated well and we will look forward to a return trip someday! We love the island & now love Casa Bendicion! Thanks again- The Jacksons
