Everything is old, looks old, smells old. The walls haven't seen paint in like 25 years. Dust on everything except surfaces that get used daily.

The house is very good located. You can walk in 5 minutes to the ferry. Even I arrived quite late, the owner Gabriel was waiting for me at the harbour and takes me with his car to the accommodation. There is a very nice rooftop where you can get an excellent breakfast. The internet is very good working and quite fast. The rooms are quite old, but everything is in very good conditions. Gabriel has helped me very good for my trips on the island.

The owner can barely speak no English. But with Google translator and his very kind staff, was a communication in English possible.

Edificio Magico is well located in front of the beach and a short walk from the dock and the town where you can find shops and restaurants. I had an apartment with a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, hot water. Breakfast is available upon request. The location is quiet, good for a relaxing stay and as a base to explore the island. The host is ready to provide info and to support the organization of your trip.

The furniture is old fashioned.

Excellent location just 30 seconds from the water. Gabriele is responsive and helpful. He set up a car to pick us up from the airport and take us back. The space was larger than expected. Lots of chairs and cabinet space to store your things. Hot water was consistent, however it only lasts about 5 minutes in the shower (we couldn’t take back-to-back showers). WiFi was consistently decent after they restarted the router on our second day. Breakfast is hearty, though since it’s 5€ per person we decided to cook for ourselves after the first morning.

Wish there was a hammock or lounge chair on the patio or upper terrace to relax in. For the units without a balcony there’s nothing like this. Recommend upgrading your room to gain this huge benefit. If we closed the bathroom door, the bathroom had a bad smell. The rooms are designed to have air flow, so if left the door open, it kept the air circulating and got rid of the odor. The main bed was two twins mattresses pushed together.
