Comfortable accomodation for a family of four. The pool was very welcome.

Its a fair walk into the centre of Cairns

The apartment was larger than I expected and perfect location. The lady who greeted me in reception was warm and welcoming. And the views were amazing

Needed more toilet paper and more sugar

little bit far from Shops , Restaurants Etc but not really a problem as self catering

Great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Didn’t meet staff due to our late check in but were very helpful on phone. Close to hockey which was purpose of trip.

Super views from the second floor balcony. Nice clean place, with good a/c. Facilities were basic but clean.

We arrived a few minutes after 5 in the evening, after reception closed, so were instructed to pick up the keys from a lock box near reception. However there was no mention that the entry door to the esplanade side would be locked and that we need to use the gate at the other end of the property on lake street, so we had to lug all the suitcases along round the block to lake street. Wasn't a great start to the holiday, but apart from that all went smoothly. We even had a faulty microwave that was promptly replaced by the management. Beds were ok.

Good,location, away from the noise but close to the Esplanade walks and other interests Apartment was clean and well provided for

The room was clean and tidy everything I needed to cook a meal was supplied in regards to kitchen and utensils, it was great to have both a washer and dryer in the room. Great view quiet location apart from a few planes daily which the kids loved.

It was a little bit further to the city centre then I originally thought but still within walking distance.
