Staff were friendly and welcoming of me and my dog. Nice clean room in excellent location (very close to the beach). There was plenty of free parking on the street outside. Affordable.

Would have been nice to have shower gel and a hair drier, and shower heads could do with a de-scaling. These things were reflected in the price so overall, very happy with the stay and will be returning.

Close to the venue I was attending. Comfy bed so for me I used it as a place to sleep would only spend a night there. Staff friendly.

No breakfast, price still a little steep for that place. Had a jacuzzi bath witch looked great but further inspection was a bit dirty so didn't use it.

Room was warm and reasonably clean. Nice jacuzzi bath, comfortable bed, TV was a good size although the remote control was a bit reluctant to work at times.

If we were on "Four in a Bed" the list would be quite long. The bathroom acceptable, but could do with a deep clean or updating - toilet roll holder loose, Bath could do with some attention around the jets, Didn't use the shower but again would benefit from a deep clean. Could do with a new toilet seat. Lack of hot water to the sink. Breakfast advertised on the hotel website but not available due to Covid (OK that's understandable). No information available in room regarding contacting manager etc. At £75 a night out of season, we thought this was a tad overpriced.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Good price. Very grateful for the fridge and microwave, also TV. Glad of the plate with knife and fork left out.

I would have appreciated my plate being cleaned and replaced each day. The heating was off one night, but was put on when I asked the day after. Wasn’t obvious who I should contact in the night for something like this.

Dirty room, bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were very thin and we had to use our coats as padding, net curtains were ripped.

Whole building was very dated and needs a lock of paint to brighten and freshen it up

This property does not look like a hotel more resembles a BAIL HOSTEL there is young males hanging around, making it feel unsafe

Great location- 2 mins walk from Gorleston sandy Beach, friendly Staff, great price!
