朝食も良く、露天風呂も気持ち良く入れました。

部屋が階段から遠い、清掃が微妙、部屋のシャワー使い辛い、全体的に変な臭いがする。

The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us from a room with Mountain View to one facing the ocean. The staff were kind and eager to help and were also flexible enough to let us bring our own dinner and eat at their premises.

The breakfast was really good it provided with ample options and local produce.

The view from the pool was nice but the pool is only about 3 feet deep. The staff was polite. The staff was helpful The room did not look like the photos online and the restaurants were overpriced for food that was not good at all.

It is a bit far from city centre but the bus is very convenient

They had toys for the swimming pool which were fun to use with our son. The view from our room we could see the open sky, and during some clear nights the shiny stars.

One disappointment after another. For instance, it doesn't have access to the beach, you can't get into the sea from the hotel. The staff leaves a lot to be desired: on more than one occasion, they didn't even answer my son's greeting when he saw them, and he asked why they didn't answer. There is no lunch place or cafeteria within the hotel (to have a quick lunch), drinks only during mid day. So we had to buy some stuff in the grocery store to not being without food during the day. I wanted to ask for cutlery to cut fruit and they denied me saying they didn't have any (but of course there are cutlery for breakfast). I had to tell them this so they would reluctantly go find me a spoon at least. They don't make the room or straighten the sheets; they give you a 500 yen coupon per non-cleaned day to spend at the hotel that has nothing to spend it on. Few times they didn't even washed the glasses in the room, they left them as they were. The beds were hard. Not to mention that they do not change the towels for the pool by default, if you want you have to pay extra 100 yen for each of them, each time. The pool is low and in summer the water is hot, and the public bathroom is not well equipped. We stayed in the new part of the building and it is quite noisy: the footsteps of the people above could be heard. The breakfast service is very precarious, nothing to do with the photos on the website. I think the only great thing about the hotel is the photographer who took the photos for the website, excellent job, but I felt completely cheated. We do not recommend it, if you can go to another place do it without hesitation. I really felt sorry for staying here for so many days.

Breakfast is superb. And the whole hotel has a wonderful sea view and a beautiful pool. The staffs there are very friendly and would like to tell you about good places to go. The sofa in the room is also very comfortable and feeling so good just sitting there and watching the sea.

Dinner is just so-so and it will cost some money to go to the roof to watch the stars. Note that you can see starts from the terrasse but lights from the hotel will have some impacts.
