the view from window was amazing to the sea side personel was helpful hotel its looks dizany from outside,

hotel its looks nice but from inside its very old and l take suite with jakuzi and its was dirty from last costumer stille candals and even sicarets on the jakuzi,and very basic jakuzi wich its not working almost just for looks its ok and put water in thats all nothing more,there was insects in the room l couldnt sleep well. and for breakfast we waiter 45 min untille they bring our breakfast with no welcoming so pasive cold peaple on the servise, but for sure with russian womans in the night they where more frienly as l see.not profesional team at all.onlly 2 girl in the reception desk was nice friendly thats all,

There were no bathrobes or slippers. Room door and bathroom door didn't work properly. Some staff didn't speak English

The location and restaurant

There is a problem with safety of the rooms. Some stranger got entered the room while we were inside it. We were really scared. Apparently, their locking system doesn’t work well. But the manager lady at the reception was insisting that everything is working well, when the guy who entered said that he had no key and just pressed the door, as he thought that it was a toilet. There were toilet signs close to the room. I tried to open the door and I’ve succeeded to open it twice without a card key. Besides the cameras ARE NOT working there on the first floor and you will never get a proof if someone enters your room. Luckily, the manager changed our room to the next door, but it was close to the common toilet where all the people from the restaurant are going + loud music.

I got totally different room from my requested. dirty room seems some staff living there and they decided to sell it. hairs after shaved in bathroom. bathroom flip flops were used before

they changed our apartment to the lower floor, but we booked the upper room with sea view. We didn’t have other option but to accept. the view was to the kitchen of the restaurant. terribly loud until 2 AM, which is a disaster with a 3 yr old kid. in the morning, around 7am the kitchen started working and woke us up. the day after they offered the correct room, but we should wait for check in. however, check in, that was supposed to be at 2 didn’t happen until 3:30 and we decided to go to the city. we complained and they only offer a late check out for free. we didn’t want to discuss further and accept it, although since we have plans we left around 2pm and didn’t really use it well.

- The music is being played too noisy until 2am. We had to call the police - The staff is lacking of behave how to treat a women. One is lying, another one was bad behaving - Receptionist is promising to fix this but when the time came, he disappears. - Parking is paid, not provided by hotel. Even though you cant park right front of the hotel as they use the slot for themselves - In listing, the hotel defines as "soundproof" but eventually there was huge gap between the ceiling and the windows. Other thing is, you are right above two massive loudspeaker, how it would be "soundproof". - Beach view is noisy by the music until late night, street view have almost same level noise from the cars (due to main street) - Balcony door lockers is broken, meanwhile you cant fully close the door if you wanna really get rid of the noise. - Alanya municipality has assigned green line for cyclists and scooters. Better watch out while entering/leaving the hotel. Those scooters rides incredibly so fast on the sidewalk. - Summering up, this hotel is for the person who doesnt mind the noise and also who doesnt mind the meaning the term "vacation".

very quirky

We liked everything, it's described as a boutique hotel and certainly fits that description. Small, probably only around 20 rooms, but big in character and hospitality. Rooms were comfortable and slightly quirky with great views over the sea which was literally only 50 metres away. Amazing location, being in central Alanya with good selection of shops, restaurants and amenities nearby. But the Amazing location being right on the beach and fantastic views of the castle. The open breakfast, gave good choice and taste. The restaurant has a lovely character and ambience, with good choice of tasty food. We stayed for 3 nights and will definitely return.

No designated car park, but street parking available and a nearby supermarket car park.

We love everything at this place. Friendly staff and great service all the time.

It was our second time in Anjeliq House. It’s a perfect little hotel located right on the beach. All rooms, except those on the ground floor, have amazing view on the sea and the fortress. The rooms are just like in photos. There’s a private beach in front of the hotel, sunbeds are provided to quests free of charge. The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. It’s really the best place to stay in Alanya.
