The place is super beautiful. It's located right in front of the beach. The hut was also great. The staff was always at reception to help you. At the end of my stay, they were even serving me coffee, fruits, and breakfast without even asking, all included. Even though it's supposed to be the "party place" in Palomino, you can't hear anything from the hut. It's easy to get there from the bus station by taking a moto-taxi, which is very cheap. WiFi worked relatively well from the hut, which is surprising because the place is huge

I went there to work, but there are many electricity cuts in the village. They told me that this wouldn't be a problem because they have their own generator, but it takes time for them to turn it on. I had to work during the night and on one of the days, I couldn't work half of the day. Also, I had to wait for around 30 min. to get a shower after swimming on the beach because there was no electricity when I got to the hut, which makes the water not work.

The breakfast, if you manage to get it, tastes good. There is a nice view of the sea from the bar area.

It's difficult to get a good night's sleep, whether it's because of noises from animals moving in the thatched roof of the cabin, or music from other establishments playing in to the early hours of the morning. The window to have breakfast is too short, just 8.30-9.30. This means you miss breakfast if you plan to rise early for an activity AND if you have a small lie-in after yet another terrible night's sleep in this place. Palomino is lovely, but I wish I'd have stayed somewhere else.

Hotel has a great location with family cabins, where you can have privacy. At the same time is very close to the beach.

I was traveling with my wife and two kids and i did not get the service that was offered to me on this website. Reasons are as follow: 1. The staff assistance is unexistent, I spoiled a soda at my cabin and no one was available to help me with the cleaning. I had to get a mop from the kitchen and make the cleaning by myself. When I try to get help, the clerk at the desk was not friendly at all. 2. Pool was not available due to repairments that were not reported in advance. It was offered to use the pool at the hotel next door the next day, but this offer was forgotten by the clerk, Nobody mention this offer and I did not receive any reason for this lack of compromise by the staff. 3. The breakfast is included but the one that you get is not the same that is offered at the Menu. 4. The bar was not open and it was included in the price that i paid. 5. The price is very high when you compare it with the hotels that are close to it. You can get a hotel with better facilities, AC into the bedroom, best service and best price at the hotels next door. I do not recommend to book this hotel due to the bad experience that my family and me had on it.

The staff of the hotel are amazing! The food incredible, the facilities gorgeous. You should definitely stay here. I wanted to extend my vacations just because this place

The location and property it’self was really beautiful The rooms are very eco friendly and I really loved the beds and shower outside. Location was great too

On arrival I tried to pay with credit card. Carlos at the red Orión tried a few times with no luck because they’re lunes were down due to winds, I paid for my stay in cash. Was not given a receipt and then after I left a few days later resisted my card had been charged. Impossible to get in touch with anyone as most attempts no one answers and then a woman answers finally and tries to follow up. Gave me the run around about how they had to check cameras To see what was paid etc. I was never called back. I feel cheated and not valued as a customer. The service was really poor. Rooms weren’t always clean and staff had horrible attitudes and scary nasty faces when you ask them for something. Do NOT eat at the restaurant! The food was disgusting and highly overpriced. Breakfast was included however it was not great and they made you wait like 20-30 mins. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you like good service and friendly staff. Of that doesn’t bother you, then the place is nice but don’t expect a lot

The reception people are very friendly and welcoming.

It is very rustic, that is the cabanas rooms with kind of like an outside bathroom. The room was clean however it is worn and tired looking. The best way I can describe it is I felt that I was in a hut on Gilligan's Island.
