We totally loved staying there. What a great trip. Not fancy but it’s more than what you really need. And the location can’t be better. Best place to stay on the entire island is this location.

Great location, unit was clean, spacious, beach equipment provided. Only downside was no parking provided which is stated in ad. Would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at the property June 10-17. Our original stay was booked until the 15th but our flight was canceled and Dell was able to accommodate us. I read the reviews prior to staying at the property so I am going to be blunt. If you want a stay where someone greets you every time you walk in the door, or you can call a front desk for something DO NOT STAY HERE. However, if you looking for an affordable, beachfront condo this is your place. Everything was stocked towels, pots, pans etc. Check in was flawless. Excellent communication from the owner Dell and the property management company. The building is old and is walking distance to just about everything you could need. We had a great time!

Arrived in Puerto Rico and to this condo! Condo is right on the beach with a beautiful view and gorgeous sunset! Dell, the owner went out of his way to accommodate us a day before departure letting us check out late since our flight was delayed! I can’t thank him enough! Wonderful communication with Dell the owner. Everyone we have encounter has been so kind and helpful! If you don’t rent a car it’s not a problem an Uber will take 2 mins to arrive. Perfect location you will love it too! We will be back!!

The listing for this rental is spot on - perfect size for the two of us in a great location. We didn't spend much time in, as we were all over the island, but it certainly served its purpose! We rented a car, and didn't have much trouble parking it on the street at night time (but spots are full all day due to the beach). Only downside was the bed was super hard - however that may be appealing to others! Overall, great experience. Will consider staying again for a few nights in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde 100% The property is in a geat location, everything in walking distance. We took the bus to Viejo San Juan and back. Be sure to eat at Mi Casita the mofongo was fenenominal. We made friends at the 24hr market across the street too. The property had everything we needed including chairs and cooler to take to the beach. I will say the security staff downstairs was not friendly at all but I won't let that change my rating. They basically ignored us as we came and went. They never spoke back when we greeted them. One guy gave us bad directions (on purpose I think) and one lady I asked a question and she pointed to what I needed and never said a word to me. And I asked in SPANISH!!! But.... the neighbors were friendly and our stay and trip was awesome. We'd definitely stay here again.

This unit description was 100% accurate. The unit it’s self is outdated, but worked for our purposes. It was close to the beautiful beach and was very cost effective. We had an issue with the incorrect WiFi information being provided and not corrected until the day before we left. There was construction on 2 different floors that we were in between. This caused a lot of very early morning and late night construction banging and noise. The building was very secure and easy to access. The restaurant around the corner was great. Parking was an issue as described. Overall, we we’re pleased and would likely rent again.

We visited PR for a quick 5 day stay and found this to be the perfect location. The property is a little dated but very clean, and let’s face it, who visits PR to stay inside. The location could not have been better, steps to the beach and all the basic supplies you would need. We both were sad to leave and would definitely return perfect for two people.

Very nice apartment, cozy, clean and we had everything during our stay, we appreciate much the beach chairs, the building have good security we felt safe. Tania and Jesuan help us each time we need anything thanks you!

This was an amazing condo to stay in. There was one security guard that was not friendly, but that shouldn’t be held against the owner, she just made a few things difficult. Condo was the perfect location. Clean; and perfect for the price. It is near everything you need for a long term stay and I cannot wait to rent here again. The beach club and easy access to super markets made it very comfortable. It’s close to the airport but you don’t hear it, so it’s nice for anyone that doesn’t want to travel to far or needs a layover stay. Highly recommend

My Daughters and I enjoyed our quality time.... a wonderful time at the beachfront unit at José M. Tartak! We felt like home! The fresh scent, the light, and the space made the place feel vibrant! Thanks you Dell and thanks to Marco Polo Collection!

You cannot get closer to Isla Verde beach. Maybe a 1 minute walk. The property itself is small. My friend and I went together. For the two of us it was good but i would recommend staying elsewhere if more. Both beds (bedroom and pull out)really only fit 1 person. We are both smaller girls. The apartment is older but there were so complaints. It is fully stocked with anything you made need: towels, beach accessories, cooler, soap, kitchen stuff, spices, zip locks, beach/pool toys, etc. The ONLY downside of the apartment is that because it is a tourist area it can get noisey at night regardless of “quiet hours”, specifically outside the apartment on the street. For the two of us, i would stay here again. Thanks

Everything I needed was just a few feet away. Beach was amazing people are always great. Clean building. I just have one recommendation I would invest in a new comfortable bed. Cute cozy perfct apartment.

This location was probably the best condo we have ever stayed at & if I could have rated the condo based on that alone, they would’ve received 5 stars. Dell lacked communication with a lot of different concerns. Priority -lack of entertainment; as anyone staying in any condo/hotel expects TV of some sorts. He was aware of my family traveling there with small children as I contacted him a week before with concerns of loss of electricity on the island. The news stations had broadcasted it every where & he didn’t feel the need to give our family a heads up until I brought forth this concern to his attention. We stayed there for 5 days without functioning TV & having 3 different staff members in the condo without or knowledge or consent. He also makes you pay an upfront fee of $60 regardless if you ‘cause damage’ or ‘not’. The condo was extremely clean & the little details of past customers was cute. When you travel with family & pay for a luxury vacation you expect certain amenities. TV is bare minimal. I asked for a refund of some sorts and have yet to hear back from Dell. The front desk man seemed to know me (sarcasm) because he couldn’t help himself from complaining about my family or I any chance he could get. (sand being on sandals, the children laughing on elevators, the chairs being moved from the pool side to the shaded area smh) Good luck to any family traveling to this particular condo.
