I loved the pools, food was awesome with lots of verity. Staff were very helpful, especially the people in reception. The comfort was good with access to the beach. Kids had a lot of fun with animation and dancing.

Franchement pas grand chose je ne sais même pas quoi écrire sur ce que nous avons pu aimer …
Pour commencer se serait la propreté des lieux qui n’est pas du tout acceptable.
L’entretien générale de la chambre, mais également les autres bâtiments. (Exemples : moisissures et salpêtre sur les murs de la chambre, prises électriques sans caches et autres…)
La qualité et la variété alimentaire n’est pas non plus au niveau attendu et vendu..
Et pour finir on nous vend en arrivant plusieurs restaurant dont un en bords de mer qui n’a jamais était ouvert durant notre semaine.
Bref je ne comprends pas cette note aussi haute.

En effet, je n’aime pas écrire des commentaires car je le trouve gênant. Mais cette expérience de logement me donne une envie d’écrire quelque chose. D’abord, l’environnement est très paisible et le paysage de l’hôtel me surprend beaucoup. Ensuite, le dîner et le petit-déjeuner est aussi bon. J’ai beaucoup mangé hier soir car les aliments de l’hôtel me plaisent beaucoup. Finalement, le personnel de l’hôtel est tres chaleureux, chaque fois que je veux trouver quelque chose, ils n’hésitent pas de me ramener à un bon endroit. Notre séjour dans cet hôtel ne dure pas longtemps mais il me laisse un impression profond. C’est en raison de l’existence de cet hôtel que nous voudrions visiter encore Hammamet la prochaine fois.
J’ai trouvé une tache sur le drap de lit, peut-être le personnel de l’hôtel doit y faire attention, mais c’est pas grave pour moi.

Le personnel est très au soin . Nous avons été surclassé gratuitement. Les piscines sont magnifiques. Le repas était également bon et il y avait beaucoup de choix malgré que nous étions en hors saison.

We stayed at The Mirage resort & SPA with the family and were delighted.
The location is idyllic, the sea and the beach are superb, the three swimming pools very pretty and clean,
the rooms are very clean and of an excellent standard, the staff are very attentive, always smiling and they are all so nice! Special mention
to Mr KHALED The Room division Manager, who got in touch with us before our arrival and provided us with fantastic assistance throughout our stay.
All the staff are as motivated, polite and friendly as ever. Thank you Saber F&B Manager for the warm welcome and the delicious food in the restaurant.
I will return with great pleasure

Thank you for the pleasant stay at The Mirage resort&spa starting with the exceptional welcome especially Mr Khaled in charge of reception a contact before three days of our arrival, the clean room, comfortable equipment, optimal quality price.we will return for a longer stay in August with the family, very large swimming pool in an oasis at the edge of sea, vast beach. Thank you to The Mirage team (rare to find such a hotel in the sense of hospitality has no equal in Tunisia and all this thanks to the professionalism of the staff, restaurant The smily saber , bar, maid to the little care, The chef faysal who cooked for us a couscous typical Tunisian .on arrival personalised welcome letter with a basket of fruit we feel really spoiled) the most welcoming I have ever seen in other hotels.

Dopo aver girato la Tunisia in jeep la mia ultima tappa è stata Hammamet THe Mirage dopo aver visitato almeno nove hotel e aver letto diversi commenti eccellenti su questo hotel ho deciso di trascorrere le mie ultime due notti lì.enorme infrastruttura belle piscine (tre) hotel pulito, ben tenuto, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimale, e soprattutto un personale professionale interessato ai dettagli e all'assistenza prima del vostro arrivo e dopo la vostra partenza un bravo e poco da dire eccellente è il minimo che si può anche dire. vorrei ringraziare il signor khaled per la calorosa accoglienza e la sua assistenza e l'aiuto prezioso in modo che si può finire la nostra destinazione Grazie ha tutti per questo soggiorno eccellente tornerò l'estate che consiglio vivamente.

Le personnel est simplement incroyable. Littéralement, une armée d'employés s'affaire à l'entretien et le nettoyage de tout le complexe dès le petit matin, et l'entretien des jardins est particulièrement impressionnant. Tout le personnel est toujours souriant et poli, c'est tellement agréable! L'équipe d'animation est au top, nos filles ont particulièrement adoré Sameh du Kids Club, qui a un don indéniable pour gagner le coeur des enfants :) et la mini disco du soir pour les enfants était incontournable, nos filles en parlaient toute la journée!
Le complexe hôtelier est très bien situé, au bord d'une belle plage, avec architecture traditionnelle très plaisant et les couleurs sont bien choisi. Nous avons logé dans un bungalow avec chambre à coucher et salon, c'était spacieux et très agréable. La télé avait une cinquantaine de chaînes internationales, c'était un plus pour nos filles qui ont pu voir des dessins animés dans leur langue maternelle (allemand). La salle de bain, certes avec des finitions de standard tunisien, était toutefois fonctionnelle. Il y avait suffisamment de rangement pour pouvoir vider nos valises.
La réception nous a attribué, sur demande spéciale pour des raisons médicales, un bungalow pas trop éloigné, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et nous les en remercions encore ! Il y a tout de même passablement de déplacements entre les différents lieux (une journée "ordinaire" sans trop d'activité nous a fait marcher environ 7000 pas à l'intérieur du complexe).
De manière générale, la nourriture était bonne, mais il y a eu quelques "ratés"... le poulet pas cuit jusqu'au centre à plusieurs reprises, du riz pas suffisamment cuit / encore très dur, des légumes feuilles avec du sable. Sinon, les plats italiens sont à éviter : pâtes avec sauce blanche pas bonnes, pizzas avec une mozza bizarre, lasagnes pas plaisantes, et salade caprese avec la mozzarella que l'on devrait probablement nommer différemment.
Mais nous avons tout de même bien mangé! le buffet de salade était toujours excellent, il y avait toujours du poisson et des viandes grillées frais (fallait juste demander le poulet bien grillé), toujours des pommes de terre, du riz, des légumes variés, des pâtes (pas très bonnes mais cela n'a pas empêché nos filles à en manger tous les jours), le déjeuner aussi très bon, jus de fraise frais et le pain berber excellents!
Les horaires des reps sont malheureusement un peu restreints : petit déjeuner de 7-10h, déjeuner de 12:30 - 14:30, goûter (crêpes, pizzas et fruits) de 16-17h (mais souvent un peu plus long, selon demande), et le dîner de 18:30 à 21 heures. Quand on a des enfants en bas âge, ce serait pratique d'avoir un horaire plus élargi et des choses disponibles à différents endroits... ou alors pouvoir emporter en dehors du restaurant un fruit, un bout de pain ou un petit gâteau, pour dépanner.
Au niveau des boissons, il y avait peu de choix. Ne buvant pas d'alcool et n'appréciant pas les boissons gazeuses, nous avons bu de l'eau plate et du café pendant une semaine. Le café n'était pas très bon. Il y avait une belle machine professionnelle au bar mais je crois qu'elle était réservé à la direction ou clients particuliers. Nos cafés sont toujours sortis d'un appareil, et la qualité variait de médiocre à déplorable, parfais c'était imbuvable. Dommage...

Nous avons aimé les prestations et la propreté de la villa et de l'hôtel ainsi que l'accompagnement apporté par l'équipe de réception (khaled) qui ont toujours sû être à notre écoute et faire au mieux pour répondre à nos besoins. Je n'hesiterais pas à revenir l'année prochaine pour séjourner encore et profiter des prestations de l'hôtel (piscine, bar, soirée, restaurant...). Nous recommandons vivement l'hôtel et remercions le office manager khaled pour son travail.
Tout à été parfait. J'aurais par contre aimé que booking puisse nous proposer le package all inclusive. La prochaine fois nous passerons par l'hôtel afin de pouvoir réserver une villa en all inclusive.

I have been to many different hotels from 2* to 5*****
This is the worst hotel ever!
It shouldn’t be a five stars hotel. In fact It’s a 2** hotel. Bad service from the moment you arrive there. Can you imagine that there’s no trolley to carry your baggage?! Can you imagine that you carry your own luggage running out of breath over a huge distance to reach your car?
I payed for two villas and they kept us waiting to make sure that they’re close to each other since we’re a family. After long waiting we found out that the two villas were oceans apart. We refused the situation so they downgraded us to two connected rooms instead. The rooms were at the end of the hotel close to the beach in an area which seemed under maintenance. The room were average, insects all around and there was neither phone service nor internet connection. Honestly we felt stuck in a desert not a five stars hotel! We expected at least an apology and pay us the difference in price since villas are more expensive but they just acted dumb! The food was very basic with poor quality, not to mention the long cues to get such food. Moreover, rude restaurant services, just shove water on the table and run away and if you ask for something, you'll get a bunch of (LIES) so they don’t have to serve you.
“Pure discrimination”, This point is to confirm others reviews if you’re not French. You will get the feeling that you’re not welcome here and you should be somewhere else!
Finally, during checking out at the reception we asked for assistance to carry our luggage and they confirmed that they’d send immediately someone to help us. We waited for almost one hour and no body showed up. So we had to carry everything by ourselves over a distance of almost 1km . We arrived at the reception, one of the supervisors tried to help with a fake smile trying to fix the situation. But we refused and kept our way to the car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirage Resort in Hammat, Tunisia, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the amazing staff, particularly Khalid at the reception, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
Upon learning about my last-minute booking and previous bad experience, Khalid welcomed me with genuine warmth and offered me a complimentary dinner as a treat on my first day. This thoughtful gesture immediately made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. In addition, he surprised me by upgrading my accommodation to a villa close to the pool, which was a wonderful bonus.
The level of service and attention to detail at the Mirage Resort is truly commendable. When I expressed my desire for a hairdresser, the staff promptly organized for a skilled professional to come to my room and take care of my needs. This convenience and personalized service made me feel pampered and well taken care of throughout my stay.
The hotel's dining experience exceeded all my expectations. The dinner offerings were not only delicious but also showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen staff. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and the variety of options ensured that there was something to please every palate. The attentive and friendly service by the restaurant staff further enhanced my dining experience.
During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager on two occasions. His friendly and approachable demeanor impressed me, and it was evident that he genuinely cared about the satisfaction of the guests. It is rare to find a manager who takes the time to interact with guests personally, and his presence added an extra touch of elegance and respect to the overall ambiance of the hotel.
The Mirage Resort ‘s animation team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. Staff is friendly and nice. A lot of green areas and the establishment is huge with direct access to the beach. My room/villa was clean and I was welcomed with a flower bouquet, a very nice touch from the staff!
I would go back again and stay at the Mirage Resort during my next trip to Hammamet!
Few points to consider and improve:
- No wifi at all in the main restaurant
- Very weak wifi in the hotel
- No shower cap, tissue box in the room
-In the restaurant, there was no food labels next to the dishes to undersatnd what we are eating
- Have golf cars or trolleys available between the villas and the reception for the luggage, as dragging them all the way can be noisy and disturbing
-Have a calendar of all the activities that the hotel offers displayed on the tv/hotel channel in addition to restaurant opening times, apero time,crepe time,....

We had a wonderful time at The Mirage Resort & Spa. The hospitality was super, Mr Khalid the general manager took care of us from the moment we stepped on the resort property until departure. We were treated like VIPs and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our daughter especially enjoyed the kids club which provided a full itinerary of activities daily. The director, Ms Sameh was just the sweetest and so lovely.
If you are considering The mirage as your vacation destination, please don’t hesitate.

Reception:Khaled is a high professional manager .He could easily be part of any high class chain hotel in the world.He assures good time management of check in.He let you see the room before you pay to assure if it is all as you expected.If you come directly from a plane trip he first lets you go eat something and relax while the bags wait for you in the room.He is doing more than his position.He checks on the service in the bar,pool,spa,animation so thr whole client satisfaction

We stayed in the deluxe bungalow with garden view. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful.
No WiFi in the room when it's advertised as free WiFi available in all areas. Toilet was leaking and too much noise from entertainment lasting until early hours of the morning.

The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating throughout our stay. There were many options for things to do while on the property and the grounds were very well kept. Additionally, when my group wanted to stay an extra hour before checking out, they were incredibly obliging.
The facilities were clean overall. However, there were some spots on the bedding. I don't necessarily believe that they were dirty, but they could be updated and refreshed (at least the ones in our room). The beds, too, were a bit uncomfortable. Expect to sleep on firmer mattresses if you stay here.
