Диван в жахливому стані. Давно потребує чистки. Матрац на ліжку дуже незручний для. Ну. Ковдри, подушки - все старе. Меблі тільки зовні виглядають непогано. Всередині все старе і потребує ремонту. Двері в ванну не зачиняються, так як була зломана ручка.

The worst experience ever! The lady ( owner ) contacted me in the morning that she has a "tehnical" problem and she can't receive us ( 3 adults + 1 chd travelling from 600+ km in Chisinau ) . I told her that I booked on Booking with a special reason, to be sure that I have where to stay with my family. She said that she can't fix the problem, and she doesn't want to cancel my reservation. She asked me to do it. Of course, I refused. She offered 2 options ( one of the options was pretty good, but the owner said that he will not receive us for only one night - and he announced at 18:00 !!! ) . I contacted again the owner, and she gave another apartment as an option, but lower this time. I refused and I told her that I will contact Booking for this. I called that night at 27 !!! hotels to find a solution. Everything was full! Later, I found out that in the city was an event that weekend, and probably this owner wanted to give the apartment to someone else and didn't care about Booking. Booking didn't give a solution! They responded "you didn't communicate with the owner on chat" Stay away from people without responsibility and verticality in business !!!

Ручка у ванній кімнаті - треба відремонтувати, але це поправимо...

Сподобалось місце розташування

Було брудно, штори обдерті, меблі дуже поганої якості і з пошкодженнями, зайвий раз не торкалися до них, щоб не розвалилися, брудний диван, застелений зверху, щоб не було видно тих страшних плям. брудна ванна, двері поломані, неможливо закрити було. Рушники дуже старі, хоч випрані, але жахливі, як для підлоги.

As per advertisement on booking Appartment was big enough, clean with nice view.

All was good fir one night stay.

the view and location were splendid. we had a view towards the park and the lake

the apartment was a bit hard to locate and the guest's attitude about this seemed to be a bit concerning.

Problem with a parking.

first of all, it was not cleaned, I got another apartment instead of the one in the picture, in the bathroom... the toilet was clogged and could not be used... not recommended
