The villa is in a great location with a private, non looked over pool and garden. Unfortunately it's very tired and needs some maintenance to bring it up to the standard I'm sure it once was. It's liveable and realitavly comfortable but let down by lack of up keep. I won't go into specifics as I don't want to list what could be concieved as minor cosmetics but the villa needs some attention soon to make it more pleasurable to stay there. That aside we had a good week and didn't let the slightly run down feel of the place to affect our holiday. Communication was great and arrival and departure was very smooth. The villa is perfect for 10 people so we didn't feel on top of each other (although previous stays in villas of that size had much more fridge and freezer space) This would definitely be a five-star property if up keep was maintained, maybe the price reflects the condition of the villa, I'm not sure as I've not looked into that.

My girlfriends and I thorghly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is spacious with a well equiped kitchen and great outdoor space. We really enjoyed using the great pool and making use of the many sun loungers, and long lazy meals on the shaded terrace. If you are after a super slick modern villa this is not the property for you. But if you want a more homely feel with a secluded outdoor area and fabulous pool, this is highly recommended. Both Sally ( property manager) and Annabel ( owner) are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nice villa in a nice quiet location. Good communication and easy check in process with the owner! We had a car and I would advise having one unless you want to stay in the villa for the whole time. Everything is within 3/4 miles of the area but we found it so easy with a car! Would recommend this villa to anyone especially families

This property is perfect for families. We had an amazing week. We had 3 children under 5 so we were out during the day but cooked in the evening. The heated pool was an absolute essential. We loved the garden area and the fact that there is a gate so children were safe. The area is lovely. Mijas is such a pretty village with incredible views. We would definitely return.

The nicest villa ,clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our stay .Sally is the best host in the world .The heated swimming pool is fantastic for a late night swim . Exceptional ! Highly recommended!

Heated pool in march was a delight,great communication with the owner as we locked ourselves out on the first day and the owner got a neighbour to come and let us in , very nice quiet area and good for golf and relaxing

Everything from start to end was excellent. Anabel and Sally are both lovely ladies who responded on queries very promptly and we had a very warm and welcoming from Sally who kindly showed around villa. Villa is exactly how it is in description. We have had a lovely stay and warm pool was nice treat after every day hiking and walks. Very spacious and homely overall. Felt like own home. Perfect for families with children as pool segregated with gate. Would definitely come back again. P.S. Thank you Sally for welcome vinos - nice and thoughtful touch :) 5 plus stars for all!!!

We had a fabulous holiday @ the villa. Everything was fantastic from start to finish.. Annabel was an amazing host so helpful reassuring & informative.. She actually went over & above allowing us an early check in & a late check out which was great for the kids having extra time in the pool. Thank you so much from them too Annabel😘. Lovely spacious villa with private pool and space to comfortably sleep 9-10. Everything you could need is provided, towels, well equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, washing machine, etc. Comfortable beds, great outdoor dining and relaxing space, lovely big private pool. The villa is not overlooked and is in a quiet area only a few minutes from mijas pueblo and fuengirola. The host was super helpful as were the locals. Genuinely lovely experience and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week at the Villa in Mijas. It was lovely and clean, perfect in every way. Anabel & Daisy were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for a large family, the children were happy in the pool all day! Would definitely book again.

We really loved the stay. The property itself is brilliant. Just what we were looking for. The pool was good for the kids as it was heated but also well shaded in October so not worried about them burning. Annabel and Sally were great hosts and answered questions quickly, even in these odd covid times. Fuengirola is a great little town with many good restaurants.

I must say we enjoyed the stay .. Lovely house, lots of space, fantastic enclosed garden, nice warm pool and everything you need .. In addition a great service by Sally, Annabel and team! .. We went to the house to spend a nice time enjoying the beach and the good weather, but the pool was so warm and the barbacue zone was so cozy we didn't want to go to the beach anymore and spend all day long in the house enjoying a good company instead. Also the host was really nice and welcoming to us we almost felt like home after 4 incredible days. Also the rooms were really clean and with incredible views and all the forniture was really new and the house has everything we could need, especially the kitchen, I couldn't tell any complain about the house and I trully recommend it.

We are a family of 5 who stayed here in August 2020. As soon as we booked, we received a friendly email from the property owner who was on hand to answer and queries promptly prior to our trip. On arrival, the property manager Sally was excellent and the check in process seamless. Any minor issues were resolved immediately by Steve who too was highly professional and friendly. All in all a very comfortable villa in a convenient location - 20 mins from Malaga airport and 30 mins to Marbella. We hired a car and were able to visit Granada too. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

We were there in winter and not the best weather but we had great space indoors with a big table to fit us all; a large salon area with three comfortable sofas; a fireplace; 2 free standing gas heaters; split units (also aircon in summer) and halogen heaters. We were super cosy. During the day the sun shone in on the large patio and as it is both sheltered and not overlooked we were able to eat outside and enjoy the pool, which Annabel had kindly arranged to have heated. The wider garden area is really nice with a bbq both gas and fire area; lots of sun loungers; a large outdoor sofa with a pergola where we enjoyed aperitif. The house is on two floors with 3 large comfortable bedrooms upstairs and three bathrooms (one particularly big family room and b/room) and one large bedroom en-suite downstairs. Also downstairs is the salon dining room with patio doors; a big well equipped kitchen and a separate utility area with toilet. We were able to enjoy long bfasts and suppers inside around the table and Annebel provided two baby chairs and cots. Both Annabel and Sally (house manager)!were really kind, super responsive and very considerate. We were treated like their family and they really helped out at the beginning to make sure the house was warm and fully ready when we arrived. Our rental was unexpected in that we had to leave the place we had originally rented due to its unsuitability and through good luck came across Annabels place and within 24 hours we were happily ensconced. Their professionalism and warmth was really needed. Thanks to both of them for rescuing us and for giving us a house that made us feel at home.

Sally was extreme helpful any issues resolved immediately. Pool was beautiful, nice and warm. Ideal place to explore from with a car. However it was difficult to get the kids away from the pool and very comfortable Villa !

The photos on the website do not do this villa justice. It is very well equipped and very well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, a family of 6 adults and had more than enough space. Plenty of outside seating. Choice of gas or charcoal BBQs. Clean pool with resident inflatables. A separate bathroom for each bedroom. Fast WiFi and UK TV. Plenty of games and books available. Our every need was catered for. I can totally recommend.

A fantastic place to stay. The villa is roomy, well equipped and very comfortable, the private pool is itself worth the rental fee, totally private, surrounded by a very well stocked and mature garden that provides for the perfect backdrop to enjoy the pool both day and night ( the pool can be lit at night). The location is also very convenient, easy reach of the airport, and tourist areas like Fuengirola, Benalmedena and Torremelinos with lots of excellent restaurants. Or if you prefer not to travel enjoy Mijas Pueblo itself for the authentic Spanish Village experience. A definite 10 out of 10 for this Villa.

Spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, the villa was as welcoming outside as in! The master ensuite was generously proportioned with excellent storage, with a lovely outlook over the garden and access to a shared balcony. The other two bedrooms upstairs had excellent storage and were bright and welcoming. Two additional shower rooms were available on this floor. Downstairs, a large living and dining room provided plenty of seating space and a dining table for 10-12 guests. There was a downstairs toilet and sink, with a washing machine off the living area. The kitchen was well proportioned with plenty of pots, pans , oven dishes and other necessities, and access to the outside area. The downstairs double bedroom had a beautiful ensuite. Sliding doors from the living area led to the outside area, which was really well equipped with an outside bar, fridge and charcoal BBQ built in, plus a gas BBQ. We ate outside regularly, and the retractable awning was very handy for cover on sunny days, There was also a covered sofa area, looking over the pool. The pool was just perfect, even with 4 lilos in there was space to enjoy a splash around! Plenty of loungers and privacy was great, This was our first villa holiday and could not have been more perfect! Thanks to Annabel for excellent communication in the run up, and to Sally for being on hand as and when needed during our stay!

Villa was very nice, 4 bed rooms were fine, two of the showers were a bit small, but worked very well. Plenty of room for 8 adults , different areas to sit down, very comfy. Pool was great. Air conditioning in the bedrooms very welcome. Washing machine very handy but quite a small capacity. All in all it was a good holiday. Mijas village, a couple of miles up the mountain, probably walkable for young and active! Well worth a visit to see traditional Spanish mountain village.

Plenty of room, good bedrooms. Pool area could do with a tidy up . garden chairs dirty and water dripping down a wall constantly.,No light in the pool but this was dealt with. Could do with blinds in the kitchen instead of old curtain hanging on by a few hooks. Helpful staff and friendly with problems, just looking a bit tired.

I contacted Anabel several times before and after booking to ask a few questions about the villa and the local amenities. Anabel was always quick and positive with her responses. The villa was perfectly placed for us as we tend not to need much on our doorstep. There is a good bus service at the end of the road which we used on a couple of occasions to pop into Fuengirola. There is also a Lidl and an Aldi on the bus route which are on the outskirts of Fuengirola. The villa has a lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds and shade and a great gas BBQ as well as a large table and chairs for dining out. Sally, the property manager is on hand and she certainly went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. Thank you. We would recommend this to families/friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
