Breakfast was very delicious. We also went for lunch . Food atmosphere and restaurant staff was exceptional. We really enjoyed staying at Mamatina hotel . Room was decorated in Colombian traditional style, outside we could use personal hammock .Liliana Valencia and Omar were so wonderful and helped us enjoy Santa Rosa de Cabal!!!

Everything! location was perfect. buildings were beautiful and well maintained, so colorful and nicely decorated; spacious and super comfortable rooms. we felt totally happy. the surroundings were so beautiful and heard/saw many different birds. Mamatina is surrounded by nature. But what we loved the most was the people at Mamatina, always opening their heart and taking care of us as if we were family.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations given how cheap it is. The staff were so friendly (despite the language barrier we just about managed to communicate!), the hotel is decorated beautifully and we got upgraded to the huge jacuzzi room. The grounds are gorgeous and it was next door to a good restaurant so we didn’t need to go back into town for dinner

We were put in the main house and it was pretty noisy from the road and the reception staff downstairs so I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Also the Wi-Fi was bad

The perfect spot to visit Termales and the one I will always use from now. Liliana was absolutely incredible, she resolved all my issues way before we checked-in and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves to the best by giving us tips and recommendations. But one thing I love the most of this wonderful place, was that the excellent service which I received from Liliana during the day, was the same one I did in the evening when she wasn't there. If you are after some peace and quite, where all your needs will be taken care of, look no further

Everything! Spectacular! Kind and helpful, clean, spacious, hot water, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet close to hot springs and town, beautiful decoration.

You'll feel very welcome in Mamatina, great host that will help you out with anything even up to towels for the hot springs nearby. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and comfortable, break fast is on point. Booked this place for a group of 14 and everybody was happy and will definitely come back.
