We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was so well decorated and every convenience was offered in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house. The elevator was a huge help for my elderly aunt and mother. It allowed us to “blow and go” just like when we were young, and they were the ones in charge. A huge thank you to the owners for taking such great care of us during our stay and for thinking of so many things we might need during our stay. All we had to do was show up (with groceries) and enjoy our time together.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house! It has everything you can think of and more! Super clean and we'll appointed - get ready to be spoiled! The elevator is so handy! The dune walkover is close and the view from the top deck is great! Homeowners are very prompt with communication and helpful. The floorplan is spacious and well thought out. We didn't want to leave!

The home was gorgeous. Very well stocked kitchen. Loved the outdoor spaces. The bunk room was amazing. Kids loved it! A little longer walk to beach than we would have liked, but all in all great house.

Decked Out was everything and more! My family has been coming to Pointe West for over 10 years and this is by far the best house we have rented. Mary has gone to great lengths to ensure you have everything you need for a wonderful stay. My kids loved the bunk room! We had an absolute blast and look forward to returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and the views of both the Oceanside and Bayside were amazing. The owner did a great job communicating and making sure we were doing okay throughout our stay. The house was very clean, including the outside areas. The owners made sure the home was fully stocked with everything you would need. The kitchen has all of the utensils, spices, and equipment we needed for the week. The garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, beach toys, bikes, and outdoor games. The bunk room bathroom even had stools for the kids. The elevator was a huge convenience for bringing up our luggage and groceries. We ate every meal in the screened in porch area with a lovely ocean breeze and no bugs. The owner has really made this place a perfect vacation spot and our family loved our time there.

We enjoyed our time, the house is very nicely appointed and fully equipped with all you would need. The owners were great and helpful. We had a wonderful family Christmas trip!

The home is beautiful and perfect! It was large enough for 10 family members to have space inside and out for activities or just “quiet time”. The elevator was an asset for moving luggage and groceries. We had everything we needed for our annual family vacation! Highly recommended. The communication was excellent and available at all times if needed.

Our family (three generations) enjoyed a delightful six days at this house which was perfect for us. Lots of space indoors and out and enough beds for everyone. SOO many things were available that were surprising. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome! We all loved this house and are anxious to come back. A perfect getaway after 15 months of not being able to get together because of COVID.

Beautiful 3 story decked out with amenities that made our 3 family beach retreat a real pleasure. Great view of the beach and close to the Beach Club. The elevator was a life savor for moving luggage and transporting our special needs grandson.

We took our family here over the week of July 4. A diverse group of ages. This was all that we hoped for. The house is impeccable, furnished nicely but practical. There are great views of the beach which is only a minute walk away. Everyone enjoyed the beach club and we even participated in the neighborhood July 4 parade. A great time. The hosts are amazing to work with. They were super responsive to any questions we had and the place was decked out and ready for us to arrive. There are plenty of items to make the stay easy. Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. Even beach toys and bikes. We lacked for nothing. We will definitely be going back!!

The property was great - the location is very close to the beach and is very well maintained. Our family had a fantastic time - enjoyed by all ages with our group!!

My family recently had the good fortune to stay at Decked Out for a long weekend. What an incredible home! First, the owner, Mary Lee, is delightful, fair and communicative! She promptly answered all of my questions! Checking in & out was a breeze with Christine’s assistance. The home is absolutely stunning...and clean...and perfect. The comfy & spacious living room & kitchen were the ideal gathering place for us all. The bunk room was adorable! The elevator & utility cart were SO helpful!! We easily moved luggage, groceries & humans as needed! The propane grill on the ground level cooked us many yummy meals (shrimp, bacon...). We loved the outdoor shower & numerous decks, tables & chairs available to us!! We appreciated the beach toys & bikes made available. We loved the comfy beds, linens, washer/ dryer, board games, extensive spices, THE PANTRY!, the ice machine!, the short walk to the almost private beach, the availability of the nearby “Beach Club”—with its pool, restaurant & gym and EVERYTHING!! This is a very special place. Thank you so much for sharing your INCREDIBLE home with us. My family made many wonderful memories. ❤️ SSGraves

Our family enjoyed the house immensely for the weekend. We cooked meals in and we enjoyed how well the kitchen was appointed. Beautiful views of the water and we enjoyed the walk to the Beach Club!

This is not a beach house - it's a beach home! The pictures, although amazing, don't even come close to what we walked into. We felt totally relaxed and welcome as soon as we walked in the door. The property is immaculate and inviting in every way. We had a multi-generational group, including my elderly mom who uses a walker. The elevator was perfect her and getting our items into and out of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. With decks on the front and back of the home we had views of anything and everything. The sound of the waves just from the deck seating was so calming. Our girls enjoyed the bikes, riding around the Pointe West property and going to the clubhouse pool. Access to the beach was just steps away. I can't say enough about this property. It was perfect in every single way!

We had wonderful time with two of our kids and one grandchild. The house is beautiful and so well-stocked, especially the kitchen. We loved the walk in pantry, with so many basic supplies available for our use: cooking oil, spices, food storage, items, paper towels, etc. Loved the pretty dishes and wonderful cooking supplies! The beds are very comfortable! The unobstructed view of the Gulf is a delight and we spent most of our time on the decks or at the beach. Because we had gorgeous weather, we ate dinner every evening on the screen porch, enjoying the breeze, free of mosquitoes. The owner was a delight to work with, and answered any questions we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation!

We've been travelling to Pointe West for 5 years now and have stayed in many homes. Decked Out is far and away the best of those. Spacious, warmly and generously appointed, with good functionality (everything works) and just an overall terrific vibe. The price point is right and the location is perfect. The ocean and sound views are exceptional. The kitchen is large, well supplied and has a large ice maker. Beds are comfortable, rooms have fans and TVs, water pressure is great, there is an elevator for the pack in and out, gas grill thats in good shape ... and on and on. Just a truly outstanding rental property.

We had 3 families in this house. It was perfect for all of us and plenty of room. We had a great time! Great neighborhood!

This beautiful home was actually even more amazing than was pictured. It is a warm, relaxing and refreshing home with gorgeous views from the living areas including the kitchen. It was a wonderful size for our family gathering. The house was spacious and open with a great layout and beautifully decorated! We felt right at home. The large kitchen was well appointed with every appliance and accessory we could have wanted. It made the cooking experiences easy and fun! The wide decks have gorgeous views of the beach and the property. The children enjoyed the beach gear and the bikes you provided! We also loved the elevator which made moving our gear and food in quick and easy! We would highly recommend this home to anyone! We had a few date changes due to a tropical storm and a hurricane. The owners were responsive, kind and generous in every way! So impressed!

This was the nicest and most well appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in. Truly a home away from home. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The views of the gulf and the bay was such a treat. Also, Mary was very responsive and flexible with our booking. We rented a golf cart and would highly recommend that. It was convenient to drive to the beach boardwalk (although a short walk, but with beach gear it was helpful) or the community pools and not worry about sand/wetness in the car. It also was a fun activity in the evenings to stroll around Pointe West in the golf cart and look at all the pretty houses. The Pointe West club itself had shortened hours due to COVID. The pool is only open for short periods of time throughout the day to allow for cleaning of the chairs. The pool itself could have used a skimming/cleaning in between as well (but this had nothing to do with this specific house). We’d love another stay at this beautiful home!

Everything we needed (and wanted) was made available at this home. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Community restaurant was very good as well.

This is our second visit to Red Fish Cove. It is the perfect place for our family group. We are a group of 7. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their space. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is equipped. Between the beach, the clubhouse pool and the decks, we were set.

This property was the perfect place for our annual Girl's Vacation! This house had every amenity you could possible need - especially the ELEVATOR for unloading!! The house was immaculate and each room was decorated as if it was to appear in a magazine - just fabulous. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and wonderful porches. Plenty of space to spread out, enjoy the views and relax. The owners were extremely easy to work with and very prompt to answer questions. We hope to return next year! Best experience possible all the way around!

I can't say enough positive things about this property or the owners... My two young children, tour nanny, my husband, and I stayed at this property twice. The home is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed, well-designed (en suites for each bedroom, fantastic kitchen appliances, spacious rooms and outdoor spaces), and the communication & courtesy of the lovely couple who owns the home is outstanding. We'll be back again for a third trip and hopefully many more...

This house exceeded our expectations all the way around. The amenities were outstanding down to the very last detail. The owner did not spare any expense to ensure guests felt pampered and spoiled. We can’t wait to spend another wonderful week there again.

We just returned from our second visit to this beautiful property! We loved it so much back in March that we returned and brought all of our kids to enjoy the paradise that is this home and Pointe West! Mark and Mary are amazing hosts and we highly recommend this property to everyone! True Paradise!
