Very well appointed property, extremely comfortable in a fantastic location, just a short walk to Bournemouth’s seafront.

1st class property well equipped very clean and homely. We will return next year.

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. This should be highlighted in Advert

Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. Lovely house in a quiet location, felt relaxing and outside space is very private. A true home away from home which was very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens. What more could you want.

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that. Very close to the beach we walked there every times. Thanks again to our host for the warm welcoming and the things I might have forget

The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.

Bright, comfortable open plan property with everything we needed plus a lovely outdoor sitting and eating area. Pleasant 15 minute walk to a great beach in one direction and Westbourne with its shops and restaurants in the other, couldn’t fault it .

Anyone thinking of booking this property will not be disappointed, We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August and fell in love with the place. The open plan living area is stunning and the bedrooms are comfortable with a luxurious feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the complementary croissants were a lovely welcome. Although the property is in a residential area it’s well located for everything you need, Tesco is a quick drive away & so it Bournemouth & sandbanks. The beach is about a 15 min walk but we tended to drive and park in an adjacent street. I would rate this property 10/10 & can honestly say this is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in (and we go away about 3/4 times a year) so we will definitely book again! 😀

We enjoyed 10 days at this lovely peaceful cottage. Immaculately clean. Everything had been thought of. 15 mins walk to the beach through Branksome chine. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Owners and property great. Home away less so!

Ideal for 1-2 couples. Very spacious and in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you could need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ashley was a great host and always close by in the event of an issue or extra request. We love the location and spent much of our stay on the local beach. We’d love to return!

Comfortable and really nice stay

We both enjoyed the lovely large space of the house. The outside was spacious and well designed. Everything you need. The bedroom is lovely and the bed was so comfortable, I suffer from back problems, but the bed was just right. We got around to lots of places to visit nearby too. All in all a really enjoyable week. Ashley the owner came out to greet us and show us around and was very pleasant too.

2nd stay at the garden cottage and it was as good as the first, cleanliness and the property itself was brilliant, short walk to the beach in the evening was great for us, will love to go back next year, so much more comfortable than a hotel or caravan. Thank you

We have had a wonderful week in Poole with our grandchildren. The house was perfect for the four of us and accommodated our son and daughter in law too the first weekend. We know the area well having lived there for many years. The house is handy for visits to the beaches, Brownsea Island, the New Forest and walking in the Purbecks. What a lovely stylish property. So light and airy! It is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. We all agree we couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay. Thank you Ashley and Ashleigh.

The weather was debatable, but the cottage and owners were great. Loved the property, it was very warm with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for the two year old to run around in. Thank you

We very much enjoyed our stay at Garden Cottage. Ashley was always very promp to answer any emails and greeted us at the property, providing any other bits of local information he thought we might need. The property is located in a quite residential cul-de-sac and you can walk to the beach in approximately 10 minutes. The property was perfect for our requirements - we enjoyed the large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with large windows and patio doors leading straight onto a delightful paved garden area, with seating/table and surrounded by trees - this is a great property to relax in and enjoy with friends. The property is tastefully decorated and extremely clean and we found the beds to be comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garden Cottage as a wonderful holiday retreat.

The garden cottage was ideal for our morning wedding prep, it was homely, immaculate, modern with character, spacious and set within beautiful surroundings. Our wedding party & suppliers commented on how stunning the cottage was and how perfect it was for morning wedding prep. The cottage also allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay prior to and post wedding. It really was perfect for us. Ashley & Ashleigh are lovely people and were amazing hosts. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating prior to and during our stay at the cottage. Nothing was too much trouble, we had quite a few people coming and going the morning of the wedding and they were understanding of this. We can’t thank Ashley & Ashleigh enough for a wonderful stay at the garden cottage. The cottage played a vital part in our wedding weekend, we made lovely memories there that will last a life time :) Thank you Danielle & Adam (& the wedding party) xx
