Nada. Pedimos las instrucciones y hasta el día anterior no las mandaron y porque las pedimos. Muy ruidoso, cama pésima, la ducha goteaba y hacía más ruido porque se quedaba el agua en el plato, mal indicado desde la carretera, no tiene nada que ver con las fotos de la habitación.

Embora tenha reservado um apartamento (segundo andar), fui alocada em um quarto no primeiro andar - que ficam de cara pra rua. Fiquei um pouco preocupada com relação a segurança. Qualquer pessoa poderia dormir na minha varanda, literalmente. Mas felizmente tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa e sem intercorrências.

Idéal pour passer sa première nuit après le vol et avant de se lancer dans la visite du Yucatan (frais et reposé) Ou pour la dernier nuit avant de repartir (assez proche de l’aéroport)

Roaches, my wife was getting dressed and large roach was in blouse she hung in closet. When put on blouse roach jumped on her.No wifi connection . Unit was clausurado, sign on door.

The location is great! It’s a few minutes away from the airport. It provided me with me the accommodation needed for a one night stay in Cancun that was close to the rental company and airport.

It’s difficult to go anywhere that is on the main highway as there is no return nearby since you are near the airport. You have to choose to go behind the property if you are looking for snacks or drinks to buy.

It’s clean

The level of organisation was top notch and the place was clean

no one was there to check me in. I got locked in and had to find a way to get out. the wifi did not really work. pool was full of bugs. it wasn’t near anything. bed did not have a mattress protector so it made me wonder about sanitation.

Usually if hotel is without reception they sen codes 24 hours before checkin for locks. They send nothing, we travelled around Mexico, we didn’t had internet 24/7, always when we stopped and we found internet connection we tried to contacted them via booking contact, they just kept sending emails to contact them via whatsapp or phone number, on whatsapp they don’t answered. So at the end, we have to call them from front of the hotel, they wasn’t responding over a half hour, we were in the middle of nowhere…they finally pick up and started talking about codes. As we dont have local number it cost as for 3 minutes of call 27 euros…similarly as a one night of accommodation in hotel. They support taxi drive to the airport for 500 pesos, which is expensive as hell. if you go on the high way, you can stop taxi driver for 10 euros. for 10 minutes of drive. Terrible experience.

We booked this hotel for staying close to the airport for an early flight. That worked well. The room is nice with a small kitchen and seating area. Has hot water in the shower.

You have to get to the hotel by taxi, uber, or colectivo. There is no staff on site. You pick up the key from a lock box. However, it is easy to communicate with the manager.

Good location close to the airport - deal for short stays for business or long layover flights (it even has a small swimming pool to unwind from a long flight). Keys were easy to retrieve and return - host was always available by phone, but we did not get to meet them due our awkward check-in and check-out times/days. Note that this is NOT your Cancun resort or luxury apartment, it is convenient, well-located and affordable accommodation.

poor cleaning services, no one in reception, and the guy who offered to take us from the airport to the hotel also told me we let them wait when we were perfectly on time. we paid him 500$ when the price of the other taxis was 300$, and he said they were more expensive
