The bed was hard

Tried to up the price when I got there said the online price was incorrect had to fight with then for two days with it

Had to fight about my online price. Always had the pool locked until way after sunrise.

Absolutely nothing I booked emailed and had plenty of phone calls with these people and never once did they say they didn't except cash I get 12 hours away from home to find out they won't take my money then she tries to run my card and zeros it completely out for 4 days cause I was $9.45 short of having the room money on my card cause that was our safety get back home money so I then had to go find another room that I could pay for with cash and still have enough money to get by while we was there cause my bank account was zeroed out after the woman insisted on trying it even after I told her number of times that I was a few dollars short of having it in my account I was about positive

Nothing they need to be more open to their policies among booking people hours away from home

John Hollis was a big help with some tech stuff. Kitchen staff at breakfast were like family. Always an a.m. smile.

had a old Florida Rustic feel. rooms were not to big yet also not to small. open both windows a little bit and the fresh salt water air flows right through the room for always a crisp pleasant fresh air smell. like old Florida before air conditioning but updated with all the amenities expected in a higher priced hotel. Even the shower had a seat in it. Service from staff was very good as like we were staying with faimly.

Nice and quiet. Serene and excellent work personal. Would highly recommend this establishment. I'd definitely be coming back here my next visit to Sebastian.

The motel was clean and comfortable; kind of rustic. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a refrigerator, microwave, stove and a coffee maker in the room.

The Wifi didn’t work.

Quaint, old fashioned lodge - throwback era, but updated with modern conveniences.

This is a older motel. The air conditioner in our room was noisy.

Bed was comfortable & room clean.

Extremely disappointed. Staff is not available from 6:00 pm - 9:00 am. Our shower did not work and no one there to help. Towels are paper thin and very small. No soap. train came through every night at 3:00 am. Air conditioner on wall kept going on and off making noise. Went out and got ourselves earplugs. Soda machine broken. No breakfast . Definitely a low-budget, no frills operation. Not worth the $90/night fee.

The staff was sooo nice and the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant. It felt like home away from home. Absolutely recommend.
