Everything was clean and exactly as described. The location made it very easy for our group to golf and enjoy the lake.

The entire family, age 18 months to 60 plus had an amazing time at this wonderful home on the water. Lots of swimming, kayaking, canoeing and water fun. Enjoyed S’mores and a bald eagle that appeared to be nesting nearby. There was plenty of room for our large family. A wonderful place to make family memories!!! We hope to return.

We have 3 Adult children and together they’ve provided us 14 grandchildren (Altogether , there’s 22 of us!!) A couple years back we decided as a family to forgo Christmas presents, and seek a family outing all together. We experimented with a Dells Water Park, but found people separated during the day and went to the various attractions and activities. Fun time, but not quite what we were seeking. We found this property online and everyone agreed to give it a try. WHATTA great decision! Between the space the house provides for family dinners and games, quiet spaces to sit and enjoy the lake views, the campfire ring and of course the waterfront. For the three days we visited, there was space to relax, space for siblings to reengage and laugh, endless hours for cousins to swim and fish together and everyone to enjoy time out on the lake in the great pontoon boat available. The kitchen was equipped like home, everyone had private sleeping space, the house is beautiful, the lake is spectacular and from the tiniest of young grandchildren, to the oldest EVERYONE asked to comeback again next year. Our children and our children’s children mixed & mingled together, fished together, swam and paddled together, enjoyed the campfire together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy each other and a beautiful lake. Merry Christmas everybody!

Enjoyed our stay on Silver Lake. A very spacious property for our party of eleven. Clean location for swimming. Also enjoyed use of the pontoon boat. We had a couple of issues upon arriving, but Nick responded promptly and got these resolved by next morning. We did note a few maintenance issues e.g. one of the kayaks was damaged and unusable. Overall, we would consider renting again.

We had a great time with 6 different families from all over Wisconsin! The house was as advertised-the stackable beds were movable and it was clean. We spent most of our time swimming and fishing around the pier as well as relaxing on the deck. We did take a boat ride of the supper club for a drink which was super fun! Would definitely come back-the only downside was 3 couples did have to share that large bedroom upstairs but it was no problem.

We had a beautiful week on the lake! The weather was awesome and we decided to rent the pontoon boat last minute and we are so glad that we did. Nick was awesome to work with and so was the property manager, Lisa. There was great communication and the house was perfect for a large group. We loved the outdoor space, fishing off the dock (caught quite a few!), and the quietness of the lake. The big bedroom space on the lower level was awesome for all of the cousins. We loved that there were extra refrigerators in the garage and we even enjoyed a nearby sandy beach on Morris Lake where the kids loved looking for snails, fish, and shells. Thank you so much for helping us make great memories! This is a beautiful property.

We had a great time but the property could use a little more tender loving care. We enjoyed the boat.

Lake was beautiful. Restaurants in town were delicious. Incredible weekend get away.

The host was amazing. Johnny on the spot with any questions we had. Answered within minutes. Very impressed. Only downfall was the parking for a house that holds 24. We had to find alternative parking for our extra cars. We were told at the boat Landing told, no overnight. The house had everything we needed, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. Convenient location. Quiet area.

The online photos don’t do justice to this very nice vacation home. Our large family had plenty of space to spread out and lots to do both inside and out. The kiddos were delighted to catch panfish from the dock and we had fun tooling around the lake in the pontoon (not included, but rented for a reasonable rate). The beds were comfortable and the views from upstairs were fabulous. We hope to return again soon.

Couldn’t have been any better!!

This was a great space to have a big families. All the individual beds for ides was very helpful to spread out across the basement. Also the amount of available bedding was very helpful to reducing the amount of things we needed to pack to bring along.

This is the 4th time our group has stayed at the property. The house was clean and well in order. We enjoyed our stay and had some great fishing as well

10 family members enjoyed this beautiful home over a weekend in late October 2022. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the kayaks on the lake and soaking up the lake views and some sun on the huge deck during the day and enjoyed a campfire at night. Super convenient to Silvercryst Supper Club with a delicious AYCE friday night fish fry (only $15!!). Location was ideal, a scenic 90 min drive north of madison. Owners were immediately responsive to any inquiries before, during, and after the stay. House exceeded all expectations and was huge. Also saw a bald eagle fly over and a white mink scamper by on the shoreline- great stuff. Perfect gathering place for family to make some great memories and we hope to return soon!

The property was just as we expected. Beautiful views of the lake and easy access. We took the canoe for a spin around the lake...beautiful fall colors! The home was clean and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable...perfect!

Owner was very responsive and greatly appreciate him essentially saving our vacation on a last minute issue with a previously scheduled arrangement at another site. Lake is awesome - perfect for boating, tubing, fishing - highly recommend renting the pontoon boat - well worth it and made our trip. Thanks again to the owner for taking us in on a last minute notice due to unfortunate circumstances - 5 stars all around!

We absolutely loved our stay at Little Minnows. It was the perfect weekend getaway for our group of girlfriends. Plenty of space for sleeping, playing games, dining, and having fun! The views of the lake are beautiful. The host was great with communicating, easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our weekend and hope to be back next summer!

We used this property for a golf trip to Lawsonia Golf Courses and loved the space for our group size of 16. Beautiful lake to cruise around on with the pontoon boat as well. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Nick is outstanding to work with. Location of the house rocks. Lots of room throughout house for a big group. Pontoon boat is in great shape and ran perfect. Nice area with a lot of activities. Enjoy!

The accommodations were excellent and the outside deck was a beautiful setting for family pictures!

The house was perfect for our family vacation (ages 1 to 62 years old). Everything was comfortable and met our needs perfectly. We enough fishing and swimming and the pontoon boat was great. Thanks Nick!

Very disappointed that the pontoon boat we count on for a successful vacation broke on the third day and was never fixed. Owner refunded half of the money we had paid for the boat but that did not make up for our ruined vacation.

Nick was very kind and helpful, and the house worked great for a summer vacation for multiple families.

Our extended family enjoyed the stay on Nick’s lake house on Silver Lake. The place had plenty of rooms and sleeping space, along with wide open areas to lounge around. The kids enjoyed the pontoon and swimming off the dock, the water was very clean for a lake. Unfortunately we got stormed on during our final night and had to leave the property early because we’ve lost power. Nick was very understanding and accommodating, which I would give 10* if I could.

The house is very spacious, and comfortable ,and clean with all day necessities in the kitchen, for the water and even kindling for the fire. The kids bunked in the basement which has plenty of bedding and entertainment. The view is gorgeous all around, the lake has an easy access and is clean. We highly recommend it!

We had 20 individuals rent this cabin - grandparents, their 7 children and the spouses/children. It was open concept and great space for the group. Well stocked. We spent a lot of time floating in the water by the dock, using the kayaks and pedal boat, and out on the balcony. Balcony was perfect for the toddlers because completely enclosed and safe for them. There are no fancy upgrades to this house but it was perfect for our group.
