Really great apartment. Everything you need & more. Tina was very helpful but at the same time letter us "get onwith our holiday" The apartment was better than a home from home and in a great location.

Tina was the perfect host to a beauftiful apartment in central Exeter. I couldnt have had a better place to stay, and will be my first choice my future visits. The apartment is clean, spacious and stylish with everything you might need for an overnight or an extended stay.

So many positives it’s hard to list them all - lovely deep bath, comfortable beds, fantastically equipped, very homely, feels very safe and secure, close to City Centre, excellent communication with owner. Simply an awesome stay - we will be back.

From collection of keys to checking to see if we were all in ok and if we were satisfied with the apartment. The Apartment is in an ideal location for visiting both the Cathedral and The Quay..great for restaurants, shopping and to generally experience Exeter. The apartment has a top spec for all appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked with an outstanding goodies from the host. The beds were so comfortable and the bath and walk in shower were both a big hit We will definitely be visiting agai

The property was exactly as described and in an excellent location with secure parking. Tina provided an excellent starter pack which meant that we didn’t have to think about shopping on the day we arrived and the apartment was very well equipped

The photos of this property enticed us to book it for a week. The property did not disappoint - extremely well fitted out, very comfortable (including a lovely bed) and a very generous welcome pack as well. Right in the heart of the city, close to the shops and the historic heart of Exeter and a secure parking space as well! We simply loved our time here and will return.

The decor was particularly tasteful and the quality of the furnishings and equipment was excellent. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds with really lovely bedlinen. Situated just behind the historic cathedral and the high street yet away from the hustle and bustle of crowds and traffic it was lovely to be able to amble into the centre in minutes without having to worry about parking. We would highly recommend.

A beautiful well-equipped apartment perfectly located for strolling to the City Centre and Marina. Gated parking, concierge service and a friendly, efficient check-in process made it a great base for our short break in Exeter.

Spent a week in the apartment and found it an ideal base for exploring Exeter and the surrounding area. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped. All appliances are top quality and it is really well decorated. It was also great to arrive and not have to worry about those initial essentials like bread and milk and added to that Tina had gone the extra mile. So much more was provided to save us sprinting out for a first meal which was really appreciated. Thanks!

Ideal base for visiting Exeter and surrounding area. Stephen the concierge very helpful. Difficult parking outside to unload, however were able to get immediate access to car park. Overall very happy with apartment

We (2) enjoyed 4 nights in this clean, modern flat located within a short walk of Exeter’s top attractions. In fact, the building was mentioned on a Redcoat Tour we took - it was a hospital for many years. Tina has stocked the flat with everything you could need. It really feels like you are a welcome guest in her home, not like you are renting a rental home. The living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the two full bathrooms. The non en suite bathroom is especially roomy for a nice soak. The neighborhood is friendly and bustling. It’s definitely a city... literally just outside the city walls. The building and assigned parking have controlled access. The flat is on the floor above street level (call it what you will) and the windows are the source of cooling so need to be opened at least on warm summer days. There was a fair bit of noise including late-night firecrackers and construction and squawking birds starting early on weekday mornings, but weekend mornings were quiet. If you are new to the combo washer/dryer, you may want to ask Tina for advice on using it. We would definitely recommend this home!

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Centrally located it is close to the cathedral and main stopping centre. The Quayside on the River Exe is just a short walk away.

To get a secure, comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen and living room for the price of a decent hotel is a great deal. I heartily recommend this apartment. We had all the essentials in the kitchen, plus a few treats and a bottle of wine. The concierge, Mick, went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The location is in walking distance of everything we desired, the cathedral, shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again without equivocation. The only negative is that it is a university town ad on occasion students walked past in the wee hours talking loudly. However, earplugs after the first night solved that and we both slept comfortably from then on. If you can find better in Exeter for even close to the price I would be shocked.

We recently spent 5 days, 6 nights in Exeter, in this beautiful, spotlessly clean, and remodeled apartment (we never would have known it once was a hospital). Tina was very helpful from day one. A nice surprise was the yummy supplies for breakfast and a light meal. The en-suite bathroom has an excellent shower and the second bathroom has a deluxe bathtub. Plenty of towels were provided. Beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. The location is convenient for sightseeing (Exeter Cathedral is a short walk from the apartment) and for great eating establishments, transport, and highways. We did rent a car for a few days to see more of Devon and Cornwall so it was nice to have a parking space included behind the building. The concierge, Mick, provided great assistance, from showing us around the apartment to sharing driving tips. We definitely would stay here again.

A true respite. Tina, Nick and Mick were the epitome of the finest hospitality. The apt. is better furnished and more roomy than many ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotels but better priced. When we return to Exeter, this will be our first choice.

Sehr moderne, gute Ausstattung; es fehlt an nichts. Das Objekt ist in einem guten Zustand und hat ein hohes Sicherheitsniveau. Der eigene, gesicherte Parkplatz ist sehr angenehm. Exeter ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips ins Dartmoor oder nach Torquay, Dartmouth etc. Tina ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. 20 mtr. um die Ecke befindet sich ein gutes Lokal mit vielfältigen Frühstücksangeboten was ebenfalls sehr angenehm ist. Vom Appartement sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone und zu den Shopping-Centern. Der kleine Hafen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Also eindeutige Empfehlung für dieses Appartement.

The apartment lived fully up to our expectations. Tina is an organised, trustworthy and generous host, and handled all transactions with the utmost clarity and integrity. We would definitely book this again if we were to come to Exeter.

We recently spent 10 days in Exeter in this clean and modern apartment. The nice owner, Tina, who was efficient and responsive pre-booking, met us personally at the weekend to let us in. She had thoughtfully provided supplies for breakfast and a light meal. The apartment is spacious, light and airy. The en-suite bathroom has an excellent shower, and the adjoining bathroom has a deluxe bathtub. Plenty of towels provided. Beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. A bonus was discovering a small gym in the basement (elliptical, recumbent bike, rowing machine, weights). The location in Southernhay is excellent being close to the shopping centre, Cathedral, transport and highways. We did not use a car, but parking is also available, which is a rare commodity in Exeter. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for a few days before Christmas in this wonderful apartment. The location is fantastic - just a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. And the apartment itself is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Not only was it large and beautifully appointed, there was shampoo, shower gel and cupboards and fridge stocked with essentials. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Not only is the apartment spotless and equipped with lovely furnishings but the environment is one of a 5 star hotel. Not often do you have Concierge Service with a rental and we so appreciated the ability to have assistance if we needed it! We had a great time in Exeter which is to a big part due to the great apartment we stayed in. The apartment offers everything one would want when away from home. A big kitchen with every possible item one would need. It is very spacious and cozy. Also, it is only a few steps away from the city centre. Tina made us feel very welcome, not only with the filled fridge when we arrived!

Her portrayal of the apartment and information is accurate and her arrangements reliable. Tina has clearly taken great effort and consideration to furnish & service her apartment with her guests in mind. Everything that I could possibly have needed for my stay was at hand and of a very high standard. I found Tina's disposition to be friendly & helpful and yet professional and unobtrusive. The building has been sensitively restored and is set in a vibrant and beautiful part of the city. The apartment is perfectly placed and within walking distance to the quay and a short stroll from the city. The apartment allows comprehensive access to everything that you might need for your stay and on the nights I chose not to go out, the 'Cosy Club' just around the corner provided a quirky, cool and contemporary place to eat whilst the apartment lounge offered a comfortable place to relax and a sense of home for my return. I would definitely recommend both Tina as the host and the apartment in which to stay for business or for leisure and I shall look forward to booking the apartment again in the future.
