Τα δωματια ειχαν θεα σε ενα φανταστικο κηπο που ο ευγενέστατος κυριος Νικος φροντιζε καθημερινα και στο πευκοδασος που υπηρχε εκει! Η συνδεση στο Internet ηταν φυσιολογικη.

Nikos is a very friendly person. He actually waited for us all afternoon because I had no data to see that he sent me a message asking for the check in time. So he just waited for us all day. He was amazing and super flexible with the check out. Really great studio apartments with kitchenette and everything. By far the best value for money we found in this beautiful island. I would recommend to anyone. He have parking, but even by bike or hike its close by to the historic city centre. All the staff was really friendly and there are birds and cats and flowers all around the courtyard. Great stay, will go back for sure when I'm back at poros. Really great.

Don.t know if this is a bad thing but it was so quiet that everyone can listen to you arriving at night and parking the scooter. So I guess apart from being quiet and comfy. It was perfect. Thanks Nikos.

Was just opening up for the season. But we’re very accommodating. Can hear neighbours through the wall.

Nikos is the best! Was super welcoming, and after when we needed olive oil and salt, they were amazing and even gave us some tea. There are 4 cats (not allowed inside) that made the wonders of us. The balcony is huge and the perfect place to hang out. The entire house is pretty spacious. Really enjoyed it. The kitchen had everything needed. There was blankets and extra pillows as well as amenities in the bathroom

The bathroom should have a shower curtain, so it doesn't get all wet when we shower. We died with mosquito bites, so go prepared for that. The balcony or inside the bedrooms is the only place to hang out as a group.

Είχαμε ωραία θέα στον κήπο, εύκολο παρκάρισμα και πολύ καθαρό. Είχε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Πολύ ωραίο μπαλκόνι για αραγμα και χαλάρωση.

Παλιές εγκαταστάσεις αλλά όχι επικίνδυνες. Το ντουζ ήταν αρκετά άβολο και η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε. Επίσης το μπάνιο δεν θερμαίνεται, δεδομένου ότι έχει ακόμα κρύο.

The best about Zontanos is the location. It's very close to Askeli beach and very quiet and peaceful.

There are cockroaches-but there are a lot of them in Greece anyway. Just be prepared to see them, and they are big. Also the bathroom is very small and shower curtain will stick on you when showering-again like most of the places in Greece. And everything in the room is old.

Very nice location near the beach, lovely staff, very clean and cozy, nice balcony.

Not a lot of cooking facilities (very few cooking tools, no oven, etc.) and the only big supermarket was in the port which was a bit far away.

These apartments are located at pretty place, and very close from the beach. There is nice garden with flower trees, and even cats) Cleaning was every day - thanks to nice Dalia!

All things were super! May be, it would be good - to have a big plate for salade and two big cups for tea)

it was around 2.5 km from town, but it's a trade-off for quietness

The location is excellent, the territory is well-groomed, a lot of flowers and greenery. The room is comfortable, there is a kitchenette with everything for cooking. The owner Nikos is almost always at the reception, he is very kind, helpful and attentive. Upon meeting, he immediately handed over the keys and a block with bottles of drinking water. Nikos is always ready to solve any problem or request. Garbage is taken out daily, linen is changed every other day. The room is always clean. The staff treats their duties responsibly and with a certain delicacy. I would especially like to mention Dalia, she is a very intelligent, soulful and well-mannered woman. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday, I will definitely be back.

Mr Nikos is a great host, the place is very authentic and great value for money

I loved and absolutely enjoyed the stay. I am remembering my room number to come back and request for that particular room the next time. I remember it as magical experience, and would like to stay there for a week next time, as now it was just 1 night. It felt like a family resort, no fuss, just a minimalist relax. And the simplicity did not overpower the beauty of nature, which was abundant there at the hotel. Calm, beautiful, on your own.

The only thing i missed and was not prepared for was the lack of shampoo and toilet paper, which is not a big deal since the price was so affordable, but i simply came unprepared.

The apartment was clean and spacious, equipped with all the essentials, with aircondition. There was daily garbage collection and sheets or towels change whenever requested!

The location was uphill, nothing to be afraid of though, with very limited parking spots so we had to park 4-5 min away on the street most days, especially late at night. The shower was too tiny, certainly less than 1m x 1m you could barely fit one person (of normal weight) standing in there. Also the building is old and not particularly soundproof, we could hear neighbours when the used the water in their toilet or shower 🙄. The communication with the host was not easy, there is no visible reception and the only option was to call a non mobile phone to find the host, if we were lucky. Finally the WiFi was ~5 Mbps 😰, practically non existing for streaming or internet intensive work. Lastly we realized that the host offers better price if you call and make arrangements without booking app 🤨, but I wouldn't recommend it since the best rooms (higher floors) are given if you reserve online 😉

This was my favourite stay in Greece. Huge apartment, lovely balcony. Very quiet and beautiful location. The host was welcoming and helpful. I wish I could have stayed a month. There was an adorable cat which followed me everywhere.

Second time staying in this lovely place. The location and gardens that the apartments are set in are lovely and the owner Nikos is really nice. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. It's excellent value.
