Location! Spacious for couple with 2 young children. WiFi was pretty good.

Location perfect. Lots of room! Quiet. Very satisfied. Moosi (?), the 'hostess', was polite, friendly, and helpful. Could not have entered without her help. The combination didnt work at first. Once she figured it out, all was well.

Really good location just underneath the castle on street with many restaurants. Good advice about parking (not far from apartment),spacious. Self check-in.

Big lounge and bed rooms. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Close to the fort and many restaurants are around the apartment.

The entry way is dark with small steps making it difficult to take big suitcases up the stairs. The tiles at the front door were loose. Need to be careful getting in and out of the bath as it is slippery.

parking, Tour de France, getting towed, paying the fine. Would have been hugely helpful if hosts had strongly advised on safe parking options. I think all our problems were Tour related and any other day all would have been fabulous!

Everything was at a very good level - clean, comfortable, place. Wonderful.

It was hard to find a plce to park the car.

The apartment is in a superb location, just a short walk up the hill to the old city and across the bridge to the shopping area. It's also close to quite a few bars, cafes and restaurants. The one downstairs, Le Trivalou, is excellent. As is O Deliz Cafe. We had plenty of space in the apartment, the Internet worked well, the kitchen was well equipped (though we didn't do any cooking). The bed and sofa both very comfortable. And there is a washing machine! We really enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay longer.

Just small things: instructions for washing machine would have been helpful. A couple of extra bed pillows would be ideal.
