Everything was excellent and the staff was warm, friendly and professional. I really appreciate the hospitality staff and the restaurant staff was the best. There was a young lady who was present, I appreciate how she intervene and took charge to make sure all guests were taken care of. As team member of VoiceAmerica radio I salute this outstanding organization for its accommodations.

Maybe there should be considerations for a free complimentary breakfast.

Booked this place that night due to a cancelled flight. There was free shuttle transport which picked us up without prior notice and accommodated our early flight the next day. Our room had a very good view of the city.Thank you to all the staff!

Perfect location as it’s close to Airport and the Mall I was just on the opposite side . The staff was helpful.

I liked the modern feel and the fact that it was five minutes away from the airport as we had a late arrival and we didn't feel like driving all the way into Cebu City late at night.

Breakfast is good and the food we ate st dinner is really good and the staff is friendly from the guard to the receptionist and the driver

The only thing I didn't like is the location because when we walk outside there are so many trash not in the property but near the property

Easy accessible and close to the airport (10 min drive ~ 150pesos). Kind receptionist and 24h check in. Helpful in calling a taxi at 4 am in the morning.

Quiet, comfortable, well furnished

They wouldn't let me leave without doing a room inspection, even as I was late for a flight.. very odd Also, no hot water!

Staff was amazing, everybody was polite sweet and thoughtful.

I didn’t quite like the area, didn’t feel safe. But was very close to airport so quite convenient.

Nice, swift pickup from the airport. Room was also nice. Staff were friendly.

The shower was together with the toilet which leads to the toilet getting soaked easily. Furthermore, the body soap provided was just a small bar of soap which was a hassle to use.

Clean. Had a comforter which was nice. Close to airport. Provided airport transportation.

The water didn't stay hot after 1-2 minutes. Water pressure was poor.

Infrastruktur drum herum kein Laden in der Nähe wo Mann gemütlich raussitzen kann, hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.

Perfect for a stay-over at the airport, free shuttle included. Quite new rooms with new technology, automatic curtains and mini bar. Good selection at breakfast (no buffet, you can choose out of quite a few dishes)

toilets too close to the italian style shower. The place is quickly inundated. television is on android only (netflix, youtube, prime video...) but no TV, no access to international news (satellite).

It was clean and staff seemed ok and the room was well equipped
