The owner of the villa is very elegant and helpful. The location of the villa is excellent, clean, quiet, and everything is beautiful. I will visit again

Located in a gated community (called Paya) with guard access. Huge garden and big rooms. Modern. Parking in front of house. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Many food options nearby, from Thai to Western (Bangkok price levels). Big attraction is the Khao Yai national park within 15 min drive. Having a car is absolutely necessary; 3 hour drive from Bangkok. Helpful host, communicating via Line app. House sleeps 4 adults comfortably; more people can be stuffed in via mattresses on the living room floor and in the master bedroom.
Not quiet: dog concert every morning at 5AM plus construction work opposite the house starting at 6AM (7 days a week). Weak point are the bathrooms: low water pressure and only gets lukewarm.

Peaceful mountain view and there is nothing you can see from the balcony other than nature , which is really your private space and view.
Nice stone table and chairs in the garden, where we watched sun rising and had breakfast.
Stargazing lying on the grass.
You can feel wind getting through the room , which is really comfortable.
(There are a lot of large windows you can open)
Cycling in the park by bicycle.
Water play with sprinklers in the garden while cleaning time.
Sometimes, wild dogs came into the garden, which was bit scary especially for my sons.
But very few times.
Maybe water overflowed from the water tank outside and the grass around it was bit wet.
But not big deal.

We all love the place very much. It’s so homey, fully equipped and with nice atmosphere. Can’t ask for better. Definitely will come back. ❤️

Swimming pool is fantastic. All facilities are brilliant.

Nice host, Clean property with a big kitchen and BBQ set. We enjoyed playing at back yard when sun set and ride bicycle in the morning. It may be a very good place to stay with family.

Everything! House is beautiful very well appointed. Large bright airy rooms, comfortable beds and kitchen great, outdoor space is lovely and the pool amazing. So happy we chose to stay here, highly recommended and we will be back again. Thank you Annie. X

After several months of staying at home and social distancing, we really needed some time away from everything, and Annie Villa was the perfect place to do so.
Kids loved the swimming pool, which was big enough for all four of us to swim in at the same time, and the huge yard right behind it gave them a place to run around.
So much open space throughout the villa, and having the free use of bicycles was a great bonus!
Annie, the owner of the villa, was always available to answer our questions, and provided us with some useful information.
If you are looking for a place to unwind, this place is it!
We will definitely go back, and hopefully, it will be for a longer stay.
Nothing. Our kids wanted to live there!
