Está cercano al centro de la ciudad. Es un espacio tranquilo y la habitación en la que estuve fue amplia. La alberca es un espacio agradable.

Nadie te ayuda con tu equipaje para llevarte a tu habitación. Una de las camas de la habitación estaban sucias las sábanas. La luz del baño tenía falso contacto y se iba y venía la luz. Ruido en las mañanas en los pasillos.

Que no envían las facturas a tiempo, aun no recibo mi factura e ingrese el día 18 de diciembre.

Dit is meer een hostel dan een hotel en als t een hotel is, dan zeker geen 4 sterren. Het ziet er vervallen uit. De kamer was klein en muffig. De badkamer ook. De wifi deed het niet op de slaapkamer. We hebben ontbeten maar vonden dat niet lekker en besloten toen dat we er niet 5 dagen wilden blijven. We boekten een ander hotel en checkten weer uit, Het meisje aan de balie was Vriendelijk, maar sprak helaas geen Engels. We moesten wel alle 5 dagen betalen, konden niet meer een dag annuleren.. pech!

The hotel was great for the cost of the room and also very clean and the staff really friendly and helpful at all the time. The swimming pool good size also clean. We were very close to the town to buy fruit or souvenirs, even to eat outside at the restaurant was safe. The hotel restaurant the food very delicious. We just enjoyed our stayed.

Well nothing to complain. All was fine.

Close to everything and great staff, great facilities

we loved the pool, the artwork on all the walls, the beautiful foliage throughout, the comfortable beds, balcony and quiet of the hotel. staff were also great!

restaurant was barely functioning while we were there. short staffed perhaps? not sure. There was a bad smell in our bathroom but we brought it up with the manager and he said he’d look into it.

A big hotel that could be better

Hotel could be better, staff is not so friendly and there is poor communication within what is happening with the guest. Guy Eduardo at the reception didn't even knew we had a tour booked with the hotel in advance. We arrive really late and hotel was so hot due to bad AC and they staff on the lobby didn't event provided water. Also there is no hot water on the showers

Don’t get the breakfast included. Was just two pieces of toast with one bit of jam - not worth it
