The cottage is immaculate and is very close to the sea. We could see the sea from the first and second floor and loved going to sleep listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Damian was very responsive and answered any questions we had and recommended some great dog friendly places to eat at. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to going back at some point

The property was clean with lovely decor - loved all the little ornaments, it was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was enough space for all of us plus our little dog. The loft bedroom was a little warm but it was fine once we opened a window. The garden was nice to sit in too.

Location and quality of the property perfect, booking and communication process totally smooth. Quick access to terrific beach walks so ideal for dogs. A quiet neighbourhood so good for relaxing humans! Bistro on the Beach within two minutes , great for snacks, coffees etc. Shops for provisions within 5 minutes. Will definitely return. Great value!

We enjoyed a fantastic week staying at this wonderful cottage. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, being minutes from the beach and with plenty of places to visit nearby. Many thanks to the hosts.

This property is EXACTLY as described , with sea views from both bedrooms. All very clean , + good , powerful showers etc. Five minutes walk to the beach, and good shops nearby.

We stayed for our twin boys 6th Birthday. They were so excited so apologies if they were a little noisy. The cottage was simply stunning, the attention to detail and finishing touches were spot on. It was clean, modern and had all of the amenities we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach which was perfect for the boys to try out their new scooters. The front garden is a little sun trap and we enjoyed relaxing with a cup of tea while the kids hunted for daddy long legs. Damian was really helpful and friendly, we would love to come back next summer to make the most of the beach. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great location close to beaches. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, true to the pictures on the website. Good choice of tv and films on the rainy day! Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

The owners have attractively renovated this little cottage to a very high standard, and fitted in everything you could need for a seaside holiday all year round. The sandy beach is 4 minutes walk away so you can swim before breakfast...go down early before the wind picks up and it's calm and still. Clean, lovely bathrooms (both on middle floor), sheltered front south-facing deck or rear terrace for sun or shade all day. Comfy beds, nice linens, neat kitchen with all appliances, and lovely welcome treats on arrival. Attic room with double bed has amazing views, worth the very low ceilings. (& make sure you are briefed on how to close the large Velux windows properly on windy days). The middle floor bedroom (which we had as a twin) has a large walk-in shower in the ensuite. The family bathroom next door is light and bright with another rainfall shower over the bath. Sofa bed in living room is a normal size double but wouldn't recommend it for two adults because one person will be on the cushion that's rather narrow. There's even a charcoal disposable BBQ provided, which we used on the beach, but sadly no longer beach towels as previous guests did not look after them. We had a great week - thanks Damian.

Perfect Accommodation, everything we could ask for & more!! Travelling with two dogs for nearly 6hrs to find a complementary fizz & treats on our arrival really was the perfect start to our staycation!! Off street parking so no stress of where to park, the cottage is beautifully decorated throughout & spotless too. All of your essentials are within the cottage, washing machine, ironing-board, iron etc....even beach towels are provided. Amazing views from the top bedroom of Southbourne beach. The garden is safe & secure too. Damian was the perfect host, calling in to see if we were ok & if there was anything that we needed....the guide of where to eat/drink was a brilliant idea too. The beach is a couple of minutes away from the cottage, take a left & you are on to a dog friendly beach (keeping walking up to Mudeford beach & you will come across the beach bar) take a right & you are heading towards Bournemouth (no dogs allowed) Christchurch is minutes away in the car with plenty of parking or a 20 minute walk (we used the water taxis too) We have had an amazing chilled week & cant wait to re-book.

Beautiful cottage, very close to a lovely beach, which allowed dogs on a huge stretch all year round........everything we needed for our short stay.

This beautifully and thoughtfully renovated terraced cottage was perfect for our week long stay with two small children. The beach was an easy walk for a 4- and 6-year. There is a small fenced lawn for the kids to play and a patio for parents to relax. Kid's bedroom is on the second floor with split single beds. Double bed for parents is in the converted attic space - a heads-up (or rather heads down) for tall people. A small backyard has a grill and there's off-street parking. On-demand TV and board games for that rainy afternoon. Being in a terrace you have shared walls either side, but we never heard our neighbors. Pictures in the ad were representative. Landlord is next door and was highly responsive to enquiries before our stay, but never intrusive during it. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Would stay here again without hesitation. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect.

we very much enjoyed seaside cottage. it is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and landscaped. beds are comfortable. for me, the steep stairs were an issue because of my back problems, but the others in the family did not find them difficult. in general a pleasing place to return to.

Recently refurbished to a good standard. Comfortable and a great place to stay with friends and their dog for a long weekend. Friendly and helpful owners. Great location for walks and touring. Lovely sea views including the Needles and Hengistbury Head.
