Good value. Quiet area. Short walk to neighborhood grocery store and downtown area. Kitchen was tight if you plan on preparing your own meals. Comfortably slept 7.

The house was very nice and convenient to the river area. We had an issue with the oven not working and were unsuccessful in reaching anyone who could help via the contact info with the rental. Other than that it was nice.

From the pictures of the home we were surprised to see the location upon arrival. Not at all what we expected from viewing the online pics. There is a reason they do not show the outside of the home or surrounding area. The inside of the home was beautiful and very well decorated. Although there were a few things that needed to be fixed, the downstairs toilet (not uncommon in older homes) had issues flushing, slow water drainage. (Nothing that we felt we needed to reach out to them about we just didn't use that toilet). One of the curtain mountings in the living room was hanging off the wall, their was a broken lamp in one of the upstairs bedrooms just propped up against the wall and the outside area was a mess, overgrown and dead foliage, chair cushions on the ground, the stair rails were rotted out and broken/missing which would be a safety issue for any with young kids. Again, the inside of the home was nice, just some things that need some attention. The area at night you don't really want to be out in (there is a note in the house about historical district tourist safety at night issues, however applies here as well in the East Victorian district) but we never felt unsafe inside the home and were not out at night. The parking, they were right only small cars can fit in the provided parking space however we did not have any issues parking in front of the home finding a spot. Our overall stay in Savannah was great. They did send us messages if we needed anything to let them know and to check in on us. I feel if we did need something they would likely have responded quickly.

Our family of nine (6 adults and 3 toddlers) stayed very comfortably!! We made priceless memories during our stay! It was walking distance to Forsythe Park, grocery store nearby and restaurants in the neighborhood. The property amenities were everything we needed! We never had trouble parking two SUVs right in front of the house. The response time if we had questions was immediate. We loved the hospitality!! I would recommend it!!

This house is a fun house to rent just outside of downtown Savannah. You can walk to Forsyth Park and is a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house is nice and the layout is good. The house does show it's age a little bit in places and the house was not as clean as I would appreciate but maybe that is part of renting an older house with history. The parking spot is extrenely small and could barely fit a minivan in it and still open the doors. Overall, it's a nice place and the management company was really good to deal with.

The house had everything we needed, and was centrally located to all the activities we did over the long weekend.

The house is well designed, very clean and centrally located. Street parking was never a problem. We parked in front of the house every time. We would stay here again.

This house is a gem! Beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. Stayed for a few days with women friends and we all agreed that we could live there.

The house is clean, comfortable (we were a group of 4), and well-equipped..The beds are comfy. The house is showing its age a bit in the chipped upstairs tub, the bleached towels, and the hard flat pillows. . To us, the biggest disappointments were the neighborhood and the lack of off-street parking. We assumed that we could walk home from dinner downtown at night in a group (guessing, about a mile in distance but well within our "range" if the neighborhood is safe.) We were cautioned not to do that by numerous folks in town. Second, we all had the impression that there was off-street parking for one car, and the check-in instructions said to park on the street. We didn't have problems finding parking nearby, but there is a difference between on-street and off, especially since this place is pricey vis a vis its competition. . All in all, we concluded that there are probably more cost-effective and better located choices elsewhere.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, had to park 2 blocks away. But was very glad to be accepted at the last minute. Check in went very smooth and owner responded immediately to question. I definitely would stay again when in area!!

This house was perfect - decorated impeccably, was very clean and lots of places for our 7 guests to sleep! I have it flagged for when we come back!

We were in NOLA for a wedding and could not have picked a better home! The property and yard are gorgeous, the home was clean and well maintained, and the home itself is located in a beautiful part of the Garden District. We were very impressed and hope to return someday.

Our family was visiting from out west and this home perfectly fit our needs. The area is lovely and close to tons of restaurants without being loud at night. The home looks just like the pictures and the two floors were quite literally a lifesaver for being able to put the kids to sleep. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions and our only regret was not booking a longer stay. Awesome trip!

We were in Savannah for a conference and were so happy with the rental! The East Victorian district and the home itself are gorgeous and our host was very accommodating. We loved having the patio area too for afternoon cocktails!
