We had a wonderful girls trip at this gorgeous villa. The rooms are adorable. Lovely pool and outdoor space. The caretaker was amazing too! Will definitely go back again.

Perfect family villa with very helpful manager and caretaker

Prachtig huis, zeer goed geoutilleerd, goede locatie en hele goede service.

Wir waren mit 14 Personen/4 Familien in der Villa PocoLoco. Die Villa ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet sowohl innen als auch im Außenbereich (Küche mit einer großen, vielseitigen Grillplatte) vielfältige Möglichkeiten, den Tag und tolle Abende zu verbringen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, alles zum Leben gibt's in einem kleinen aber super sortierten Supermarkt, 10 Autominuten entfernt in St. Josep oder an der Einfallstraße nach Ibiza Stadt (15-20 min). Für die Fortbewegung benötigt man unbedingt ein Fahrzeug, das Anwesen ist abgelegen aber damit auch sehr ruhig (soweit wir das mitbekommen haben, gibt es nur ein anderes Ferienhaus in direkter Nachbarschaft, zudem wohnen auf dem Anwesen noch Leute, die sich um das Haus kümmern). Das Haus wird jeden Tag komplett gereinigt, was sehr angenehm ist, defekte oder fehlende Utensilien/Geschirr werden zügig ausgetauscht, eine Möglichkeit, Kaffee aufzubrühen, statt die Kapselautomaten zu nutzen ließ sich leider nicht einrichten. Das ändert aber nichts an unserem rundum höchst zufriedenen Gesamturteil. Wir würden uns außerordentlich freuen, hier wieder einmal herkommen zu können.

Runter rum stimmig. Alles passte. Wir waren mit 12 Personen dort und würden die Finca gerne wieder mieten.

Poco Loco home in San Josep Ibiza was better then the photos! A really family has designed abs created a home that is open, inviting, functional and accessible to many parts of the island. It was a wonderful holiday with three families. We had 7 kids and everyone had more then enough space. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. They have provided many of the basics for all your needs and the support you get from Fede, the house manager is superb! We got to hit all the southern beaches everyday and Ibiza town. Everything within 15-20 min drive. We loved it! Hope to return!

This property surpasses its online description. It’s in the perfect location and is quite simply the most comfortable and best equipped villa we have rented in Ibiza. The staff are so helpful and friendly that as soon as you arrive you are at home. I truly hope we can be lucky enough to be back there next year and every year

We had a wonderful week at Pocoloco. The house is beautifully designed and very relaxing. It's an incredibly quick transfer from Ibiza airport which suited as we had a baby in our party. The outdoor kitchen and seating area were fantastic. Fede who lives on site was very helpful and gave us great advice on the best beaches and restaurants to visit. Our only issue was the pool. The filtration system is set on a timer and only comes on for a couple of hours each evening resulting in a dirty pool for the vast majority of the day.
