Very good- Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was really comfortable. Aircon. Staff were friendly, check in was straightforward. Well-located off Skanderbeg Square with easy connections for buses. It was easy to find through the small alley just along from the corner.

Very central location, two minutes from the main square. Airport bus stops less than 5 minutes away. The hotel itself, whilst small, is modern. The room was modern, bathroom and shower were great.

The room, whilst modern, is very basic. Glasses aren’t even provided which was a surprise. I titled this fine for a one night stay because I stayed in the single room and it is incredibly small, more like a University dorm room than a hotel room, however the other rooms shown on here look much bigger. I think the price is only justified by the location as opposed to the room itself. The noise: although outside noise is inevitable in a city centre and I have no issue with that, the noise inside the hotel was the issue. The walls are paper thin, with my room being on the 1st floor, and all the others being second and above, including the dining room. I could hear everything, including being woken up at 6am by someone from heavy footed repeatedly going up and down the stairs and loud conversation.

There were ants in our room but apart from that it was clean. You didn’t get to pick breakfast, it was a sandwich, croissant and a banana.

Friendly staff and good location.

The room was too small and by the staircase. The fridge was making noise the whole night which made it harder to sleep. And in the morning, people were walking by my room and it was too loud.

Too much noise

The room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking Skanderbeg Square and the National History Museum. The staff were really lovely! I so appreciate that they gave the staff New Year’s Day off to be with their families—and they still made sure to leave breakfast items for us the evening before, going above and beyond. A lovely place!
