The location to UW Platteville was great

We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never came to our room.

Everything thing was clean and nice , breakfast 😋 was awesome.

I asked for maid service, she never made the bed , or cleaned the counters.

Asked for early check in due to a 2pm wedding. No accommodations were made. Whe I asked for the second time about availability and was told no rooms available, another guest arrived at the count directly after me and was given a room. Housekeeping could have been diverted in the hour plus I waited. Eventually we had to leave and returned from the event late and had to got through the check in process

Clean, the beds were comfortable, the gym was clean with good equipment. Also, it’s close to the college.

my neighbors, they argued and slammed the doors all night. I called the desk to report it, he knew and said the police will probably be coming. Once that happened it was quiet for a couple hours then started back up around 4 am. We got very little sleep and had a college visit that day. Not the hotels fault, but it made the stay a bad one. We may be staying here often to visit our daughter at the college. We would stay again despite this situation.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Great location for us. Staff was friendly and hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast well exceeded my expectations! And, I absolutely loved the bed!

Only complaint would be the ramp and entry into the parking garage. It was nice to have parking attached to the hotel. But it’s a tight fit getting down to and out of there. I couldn’t help but wonder what the ramp is like during the winter months with all the snow & ice

The rooms were so well thought out and more updates/contemporary that I expected. We were very pleased with our stay. We also found several outlets in the parking garage where we were able to charge our Tesla overnight, which was a great convenience.

The floors in the rooms' foyers and bathrooms look dirty but housekeeping showed us that they were not and explained that it was due to something that happened during construction. You may want to tell people that when they check in.
