The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, smiling and helpful all the time, the food was amazing, beach is very nice and you can not get a better beach in north coast than this one, Rooms are nice and has all you need for a comfortable stay.

even though i faced small problem with Housekeeping, but the deputy manager Mr Mahmoud Alshaarawy handled it in a very professional way. and in no time he made sure to manage our issue and was following up to make sure that we have a pleasant stay, thanks Mr Mahmoud and thanks to the housekeeping staff

Not as I expected

Old needs changes and proper maintenance

Beach is beautiful and clean Breakfast is good Dinner - we dined in different restaurants around the hotel, they are good

The sunbeds can be replaced with something more comfortable The restaurants around were good but menus can be more elevated

The beach was amazing, crystal water with white soft sand Breakfast was also excellent had dinner in Morgana restaurant and it was very delicious All staff was very professional and curteous

The price is a bit high

The beach is amazing. Old rooms with the AC full of dust. Curtains are old and not hanged well

The staff are not helpful. The front desk was not accepting my money as it has a small stamp on it. Checking out the bell boy took forever to reach the room eventually we took our bags by ourselves.

The location.

The staff in the terrace were not professional. I asked for the check and he just thought about it gave me a number and took the cash. Don’t know if that was even right . For a 5 star I would expect to have better quality pillows and mattress, our necks got spasmed from the height of the pillows. Last, my friend got stuck in the lift and the fan wasn’t working .. thankfully there was a very strong guest that helped me open the door .
