Die Lage mitten im Zentrum, unweit vom Bahnhof und zum Bus der einen zum Machu Picchu Eingang bringt

Leider ziemlich enttäuschend, ein paar Punkte waren bspw.: - Ich hatte meine zwei Touren zum Machu Picchu über das Hotel gebucht, weil ich mir dadurch höhere Qualität versprochen habe, das war leider nicht der Fall: mein Guide kam eine Stunde zu früh, sprach absolut nicht mehr als 1-2 Sätze englisch, wir konnten uns kaum verständigen und das für unglaubliche 300 Dollar - da darf man mehr erwarten (der Guide war sehr nett und bemüht, aber es waren einfach zu große Sprachbarrieren). - das Hotel-Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich und schlecht ausgebildet und alles andere als hilfsbereit - es gab nur mini kleine Handtücher, kein Duschgel… - Besuch des Wellnessbereiches muss extra bezahlt werden - Das Wifi Passwort wurde nach einem Tag einfach geändert ohne es den Gästen mitzuteilen - Frühstücksbuffet war an beiden Morgenden halb leer, kein Wasser, kein Orangensaft, kaltes Wasser für Tee - An beiden Abenden war die Suppe beim Dinner kalt - Gepäck stand einfach im Gang rum (Hoteleingang war ebenfalls nicht gesichert, jeder konnte die Hotelanlage betreten) - der Einlass zum Abendessen war hingegen wie eine Sicherheitskontrolle und hat ewig gedauert und war aufgrund des unfreundlichen Personals kein schönes Ende des Tages - Sehr kalte Plastik Stühle beim Dinner und Frühstück

guy who picked us up at the train station could have smiled at least once. we had dinner and breakfast included and both were not good at all. dinner less than mediocre - cold food, wrong dishes served. Breakfast was not good and they didn’t replenish the Buffett. Don’t get the dinner included package there are tons of restaurants outside the door.

If you take low floor, there will be no view; we had upper floor and was ok.

Great location - just besides the airport and thus perfect for early flights. The staff provided heater upon request and it makes the room warm

Room is super cold and aircon is not working. The heater is only provided on request. The water for shower is also on cold side

This is definitely the place to stay in Agua Calientes! Beautiful spa with reasonable prices.

very clean, great location, super nice staff at the front desk, they immediately helped when one of our group needed a doctor (arrived within ten minutes!)

we waited more than 45 minutes to get a glass of water on our first night, the starters arrived only after around 70 minutes of waiting, even though the restaurant was close to empty. This is something that really should be improved (waiters didn’t seem to care). Rooms are very hot during the day, which made it hard to get some rest

the spa was nice, the food was good, the staff in the restaurant were nice and attentive

the receptionist got my spa appointment wrong after 8 calls trying to book it. the spa is an additional cost to the room. our room was infested with mosquitos as were the halls, I complained every day and nothing got done I ended up covered in bites and had dead bugs in my room in the morning.
