Had an lovely 2 night stay in your fantastic property. Absolutely ideal for my daughter's Henny celebration. We enjoyed our meals around the large dining table adjoining the kitchen. We had a great time socialising and playing games in the large sitting room. Particularly loved the breakfast room and lovely garden. Both the Pool table and Ping pong table were well used . Beds were very comfy and plenty of bathrooms and showers. Would definitely recommend. Do enjoyed our time .

Property is great for large family break away in Perth. It is within walking distance to the city centre and has all necessary amenities near by. Hosts are great at responding and very helpful. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Sarah and Nick

Brilliant weekend celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The house is huge with everything you could possibly need and so close to centre of town Beds clean and comfy. Previous reviews about heating we didn't find any issues. It was lovely and cozy

Great house for a family get together. Lots of space and excellently equipped with everything you would need. We had an amazing time. The only negative was that the house is very large with lots of rooms and it felt cold on arrival and took several hours to heat We had to keep coats on . Otherwise everything was perfect.

This house is perfectly located in Perth, close to shops, restaurants, bars and just across from the North Inch. It is huge! Perfect for a large family gathering and equipped with everything you could need for your stay! Our family had a fantastic week here over Christmas! I would highly recommend!

Excellant accommodation overall. Good location for Perth and for a large group it generally had most of everything, however there were a few snags in that the top floor bedrooms would benefit from having a shower unit above the bath. The mattress on the King sized bed on the top floor sagged. The welcome pack was rather basic, a bottle of milk, packet of tea would have been welcomed.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday with 10 other family members. The house has everything you could possibly need for a weekend away and much more. The size of the property is impressive, with lots of space for everyone. The pool table and ping pong table were massive hits with everyone, young and old alike. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is our second time to visit Perth and stay here. Lovely house great time.

Stayed hear before with a group of friends. Great base for hill walking, cycling and shopping . We climbed Schiehallion on Saturday, lovely clear day with crisp snow. Only disappointment was that there was not enough hot water for chilled walkers to get a decent shower. Lounge on ground floor - door handle loose and one could easily be locked in. Upper floors a bit cool, perhaps radiators need to be bled. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable and clean beds. Overall a great house, good fun with table tennis and pool. Stayed before and no doubt we will return.

Everything was perfect except shower in large family bathroom. It was either cold or far too hot . It needs a better mixer tap. We stayed in this house the previous year and had the same problem.

We were residents, a party of ten male golfers for a weeks stay and found the property ideal for all of our needs, a central location given easy access to the City Centre yet in a quiet location and giving easy access to the main roads in and out of Perth. The property is spacious and well appointed with enough bathrooms and lounges to keep everyone happy and not feeling as if we were on top of each other.

As in previous reviews, amazing immaculate house in the centre of Perth, across from the North Inch. We had a lovely weekend for a special family gathering. Large spacious rooms with space & entertainment for everyone even if it rained, we were lucky the sun shone and were able to use the park. Our children enjoyed pool, table tennis and old fashioned game of hide & seek! All rooms were much larger than the photo's gave justice and bathrooms plentiful and master quite luxurious. Kitchen fantastic, very well equipped for a large party. An extra shelf in the smaller oven would be a bonus. Two things we could not find were a large jug for juice, (for the children) plenty wine glasses for the adults.....and a measuring jug! They may well be there and we missed them so apologies if they are....Garden fully enclosed and of a great size. perfect for BBQ if our weather permits... We had a grocery delivery arranged for 4-5pm. Text Sarah on Friday morning to ask if we could arrive 10 minutes early, she replied the house would be ready from 3pm, many thanks. We all had a great time, and may well be back next year! Many thanks to Nick & Sarah for allowing us to stay in their lovely house and for the welcome pack!

First class townhouse for 10 adults, 2 children and a baby, great facilities and central for shopping and walking.

We stayed in the house over New Year, 8 adults and 7 children, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and spacious with plenty of room for adults and kids alike. The games rooms mean there is something for all ages to do if the weather is typically Scottish. It's location right next to North Inch park makes it ideal for walks and exploring Perth town centre. Well worth a visit.

We booked Atholl Place for a pre-christmas family get together and it was perfect for the occasion. The house was immaculate and everything we needed was supplied. The kitchen and big dining table were ideal for hosting our Christmas dinner. The house is in a brilliant location, we enjoyed a walk into town and the kids loved that we were across the road from a huge park.

This property had everything our party required. The table tennis room was very popular as was the snooker, The kitchen/dining room was great. There was loads of space to spread out but we all gravitated to the Family Room in the evening - very comfortable. We did not use it but the outdoor area was lovely too.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Vacation Rental. The home itself was well appointed - what a magnificent selection of books! - and the amenities were just right. The park and running loop across the street from this home was the piece-de-resistance of our stay in this home.

What a wonderful property, this home had everything you could want. We had 7 guys golfing in the area and this was a great central location. The house is set up with plenty of room for everyone along with the central location with shopping, restaurants and pubs within walking distance. This home will not disappoint, as it was amazing.

Lovely house in a nice area, close to the city centre. The photos don't do the property justice. The house is equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The owners went out of their way to assist us when we had some queries and could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

This is a great house. Really well appointed with everything you could need for a group of people staying. Plenty space with a number of public rooms for people to make use of including the 2 games room. The large kitchen/ diner space is great and very much the hub of our weekend. Nice outside area too but didn't get the chance to use as it was February. Lovely outlook into the river yet 2 mins walk to the pedestrian shopping area. Perth is a great weekend spot with loads of bars and restaurants and interesting shops. Lovely countryside all around it. I would highly recommend this place and I would say that the pictures don't fully do it justice as it far exceeded our expectations. Nick and Sarah are great to communicate with and the whole thing was completely stress free. We'd all love to come back

Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. It is stunning and fabulous for a group of friends or families to share.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We didn't want to leave. All of the rooms were spacious and full of character. Great location. The games rooms were a big hit with the kids. Can't recommend highly enough.
