We had a happy time in Lorenzo’s apartment, which is very well placed for exploring the historic centre of Naples, with its quaint streets and vibrant dining and nightlife.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the balcony due to noise and pollution from the street below, but this is not noticeable from inside the apartment.

Naples was our first stop in a trip across Italy, and Lorenzo was a fantastic host. He helped us with planning our arrival, arranged someone to get us from the airport, and had a whole guidebook he had created to help us navigate the city, find restaurants and know what to see and what to skip. His apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was the best stocked apartment of all of the places we stayed throughout Italy. We highly recommend it!

This is a great apartment in a nice location. The apartment was clean and had the amenities we were looking for. The Supermarket was only one minute away, and the Metro just across the street. The guidebook to Naples prepared by our host, Lorenzo, was terrific. Covered all the basics and then some.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable. It is minutes away from the train station. Lorenzo was an exceptional host. He communicated everything to us, including sending detailed videos on the apartment. Whenever I reached out with a question, he responded in seconds! Lorenzo has a book with information about local restaurants and attractions which was very helpful in making our stay even more enjoyable.

It's an apartment in an old building but totally modern and spacious. We were two couples and having two King beds and two bathrooms was great. It overlooks a busy chaotic street, but the windows and thick doors blocked all street noise. Lorenzo thought of everything a vacationer might need: air conditioning, plenty of towels, complete kitchen, wifi and Netflix, detailed printed instructions on the area and transportation, washer and dryer, and he will book transfers and excursions for you which was so helpful. We loved the driver we had for the day on the Amalfi Coast that he arranged. Now about location. We were across the street from two Metros which we used constantly. We were next to the Historical district that you need your gps for as to not get lost in it's maze of cobblestone streets. There were also great restaurants on our street and in the historical district. Lombardy and Boni down the street to the right were good. There is a grocery store almost next door(Deco) and one a few blocks down. So convenient. If you want to stay in a luxury area by the sea, try Chiai area, but we loved this apartment in the busy area. We stayed for a week to get the total feel of Naples and can say we love the people and the food. I highly recommend this apartment and I doubt you would ever find a host better than Lorenzo.

The outside of the building when first arriving makes you think twice but once in the it’s great. Very clean, modern has everything and owner is very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend. Pompeii museum right up the street.

Location is close to everything very short walk to MANN, and the historic district. The unit is very spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, A/C works very well, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to enjoy our coffee in the morning. The host Lorenzo is amazing, and easy to speak with. He is a wealth of knowledge, and has an amazing guide set up so you don't miss anything Naples has to offer. When we come back to Naples this property will be on the top of our list.

The apartment was very spacious, thoroughly cleaned, beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located on a main street. It was a very safe and comfortable place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including soap, shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. The location was perfect. It was close to the grocery store (30 seconds away), restaurants, cafes, and all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere in Naples! The beds were also very comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and snacks.
Our host, Lorenzo, was very helpful and his communication was very reliable. He arranged a taxi to the airport, and the driver was friendly and drove safely (Naples drivers can be a little crazy!) Lorenzo also sent us documents about recommended walks in the area, food, and restaurants, and they were very helpful. We walked through the historical old town, the seaside, and the Spanish Quarter. It was fun exploring the city and the delicious food.
Using this apartment as a home base, we also traveled to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. Since there is a subway station directly in front of the apartment, it was easy to move around and come back home. (After seeing how they drive in Naples, we were glad that we didn't rent a car!)
Thanks again to Lorenzo for hosting us in such a beautiful and spacious apartment. We truly had a wonderful time in Naples!

My husband and I stayed at Ciuciu for 10 days and were joined by my mother and aunt. It was the perfect apartment for a very comfortable family reunion. It is easy to walk to the Historic Center, where Spaccanapoli, San Gregorio Armeno, and Capella Sansevero are. A metro stop is across the street, and the central train station--from which trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum leave--is just one metro stop away. The Archeological Museum is a block away, as is the bus stop for buses that go to the Capodimonte Museum. It is also easy to walk to the Monsanto Funicular station, which gives you access to explore the Vomero District. A walk to the waterfront was approximately 40 minutes.
The apartment itself is beautiful and very quiet, despite being situated on a busy street. The beds are super comfortable; the kitchen is well-appointed, and there is plenty of space to relax. WiFi is very reliable! Lorenzo and family have thought of everything.

Lorenzo and his apartment are nothing short of amazing. The location is near perfect, within walking distance of most attractions and across the street from the train station. Inside was every bit as nice as the location. Everything was immaculate and worked perfectly. Lorenzo was also the perfect host. His information on local attractions, directions and restaurants was priceless. He had undoubtedly spent hours on his guidebook and we used it daily. He instantly responded to all our questions and was friendly and approachable. This is the host and property all others should be measured by. Five stars for sure.

We had absolutely no issues communicating with Lorenzo. He was very accommodating with check in times, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. He was very organized and had some very good restaurant suggestions.
The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and in a good location. Very close to Centro Storico, the Spanish Quarter and Garibaldi station, and there's a taxi location right across the street.
Definitely recommend him on any of your future stays in Naples.

Overall our stay was great and Lorenzo was an involved host and he was easy to reach. Our arrival was crazy because of numerous travel disruptions due to a National Travel strike. Lorenzo was unable to meet us when we finally arrived and due to miscommunication we had great difficulty finding the key, and operating the lift. We struggled with luggage up many steps.
The apartment was as advertised on VRBO. The entire apartment was lovely and very usable. Kitchen and baths totally workable. Lorenzo was charming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. He made restaurant reservations and taxi reservations. The restaurant was wonderful.
Again, at check out we had language misunderstandings regarding the lift situation resulting in carrying our luggage down multiple steps. This was primarily our issue, and our fault. A lack of understanding.
If Lorenzo had been able to meet us at arrival it would have made check in a piece of cake.

We dropped off our bags before check-in time and saw our towels being ironed. Lorenzo thinks of everything. The apartment is roomy, nicely furnished—the bathrooms are especially nice—and well-buffered against the street noise. Plus there is Lorenzo himself; organized, helpful, and kind, he is a pro and knows implicitly how to ensure the apartment guests are well-informed about Naples sights and how to get to them. He should be managing dozens of properties.

We were greeted at the door in the rain by the owner. Soooo nice and helpful! Helped us with a car and restaurant that were on point. The home was really pretty and has black out shades for the late sleeper.

Lorenzo was there for our arrival & made sure that we knew all the ins & outs of the apartment & Naples! The apartment is very spacious & spotless. It is centrally located to the heart of Naples & his restaurant recommendations were very good. The supermarket was just a step away (the ladies were lovely), coffee & pastry shops within walking distance, in fact we walked everywhere! Naples is a bustling, loud city so the comfort of Lorenzo’s apartment was greatly appreciated.

Nicely appointed accommodations. Plenty of room, quiet and a coffee shop downstairs. Must have morning espresso! Our host was great in providing directions and suggestions to the sites. He even assisted with aligning transportation to Sorrento with a tour of Pompeii along the way. Perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at CuiCui - so many nice conveniences like 2 washers and dryers, hair dryers, nicely appointment bathrooms, comfortable beds and air conditioning that worked great. The location was easy access to the historical area and to both of the main train lines. Plus, Lorenzo is a treasure! So many helpful guides, videos and just making himself available to help and provide suggestions.

Comfortable, incredible Landlord clean, well stocked,
We travel a lot, but this is the first time we experienced having such a supportive, reliable, organized & informative host to guide us through planning our stay, booking activities, check in & check out. Lorenzo is an amazing host. I was injured during an e-bike tour. He immediately found an X-ray facility within walking distance for me. We were in & out in 20 minutes! The apartment had everything you need, including reliable air conditioning during the worst heat wave in centuries. We found soaps for bathing, dishwashing & laundry. TWO dryers & one large sized washing machine. Clear directions on how to use everything from the washer to the metro. Excellent choice. We recommend this apartment to couples, families & friends. Awesome location and host!
We had an amazing time and the flat was a lovely size and decorated well. Great equipped and well-stocked kitchen. Grocery very close. Closed to shopping and museums. Easy access to train for Pompeii. Can’t say enough positive things about our host! He gave very detailed information, maps, and always responded to questions via text quickly. An overall lovely space for our time in Napoli!

5 star property and host!
Lorenzo is an amazing host. He will send you information on Naples, answer questions and help you plan your time in his beautiful city as soon as you book until the moment you leave. I rent a lot of places and he is the #1 host by far. The apartment is great as well. Central location near the metro (and walkable to most places), beautifully appointed and spacious. You can tell that the apartment was furnished with space and comfort in mind, down to the small details like laundry detergent and umbrellas if it rains. Book here for your stay in Naples and you will have a terrific stay!

Lorenzo was the best host!
There are so many positives about this property. First, the property itself was large, clean, comfy beds, and had a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the balcony. Lots of traffic but double pane windows kept out the noise. There is a daycare below, but there wasn’t much noise. Second, good location to the metro and east walking to places of interest and restaurants. Third, Lorenzo was an amazing host. He was communicative and had great recommendations. He went the extra mile to find us a driver who would pick us up at 5am. Felt bad when our flight got cancelled. All in all a great experience. We really loved Napoli and if we come back we know where to stay. Cheers!

Naples trip
This property was great! Easy access to the train station, close to grocery stores and restaurants, plenty of amenities. Lorenzo was the best host I have had. His travel booklet of places to eat and visit was very helpful. He also helped to set us up with a private tour of Pompeii which was amazing.

Best apartment in Italy!
By far the best apartment we have stayed at in Italy!! Lorenzo is so knowledgeable and friendly! The apartment is HUGE and has two washers and two dryers, a great book Lorenzo had put together with lots of info for food, attractions, and shopping! Very spacious and accommodating for four adults! We will definitely stay here again! Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and anything to far you want to do, just hop on the subway/metro across the street or one up the street a free blocks away, for a nominal fee, and you are there in a short time! Thank you for an amazing stay Lorenzo!! You rock!!

Awesome stay in Naples
Everything about our stay was perfect. We completely enjoyed our apartment. It was extremely clean, and everything was provided to make our stay comfortable. The best parts of the property are the great location, comfortable beds, full kitchen. and washer and (two!) clothes dryers. We like to pack light, so this helped so much. Lorenzo is the best host ever (really!) The pre-trip guidebook he sent made planning our visit so easy. Getting in and out of the apartment was a breeze. Thank you, Lorenzo, for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful apartment, Flawless Customer Service!
We have traveled a lot over the years and have been renting places for a long time. Never had I had such an amazing experience. Lorenzo is truly the best! He's so attentive and responsive it made our trip truly epic. He helped me plan my first few days around Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi. He works with great drivers who gave us great tours or simply just picked us up when we needed a ride.
My only regret is not spending more time in Naples. A fast paced city with so much culture, I loved the hustle and bustle.
The city is busy at night but you can't hear anything from inside the apartment, super comfortable beds too!
Thank you again Lorenzo for going above and beyond.

Superbly located and equipped apartment
A wonderful apartment, spacious, clean, well-equipped, very handy for metro, on the edge of the Centro Storico. Owner Lorenzo was extremely helpful in every respect and had produced an excellent information pack. There are some excellent restaurants close by as well as lots to see and do. Very highly recommended, I would definitely use it again.

Great Apartment
This apartment has everything you need. It is across from the Cavore subway station, has a/c, dishwasher, washing machine and two dryers. The best part about this huge apartment is the owner, Lorenzo. He went out of his way to help us in every way. He promptly met us upon arrival and went over everything we needed to know. He has created an amazing booklet describing where things are such as the best restaurants, shopping and ice cream -to how to visit Pompeii. He arranged a private taxi for us to arrive very early in the morning which we much appreciated. The apartment is very spacious and clean.

A Beautiful Haven in the City of Sun
Lorenzo and family were the most wonderful and attentive hosts. We had a wonderful exchange of ideas and some really good tips about our special interests and extremely accommodating to our challenging arrival plans. The transfer service they helped us arrange was the best we had in Italy and the tour guide was outstanding. The space is beautiful and loved and if you want to visit this incredible city, this is a wonderful home base that you know is contributing to a family economy in Naples. One of the most detailed guest books I’ve ever had with a home stay. If you’re looking at Napoli this is a great choice.

VRBO Gold Standard
We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals and this should be the gold standard. Lorenzo and Victoria, who live very close were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They had prepared a 20+page book with maps, restaurant /bar recommendations, transit instructions, grocery locations tourist sites and everything you need to know to really enjoy Naples. The apartment is super clean and very well constructed-everything is spic and span. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessary utensils and condiments. AC works perfectly. Furniture is great quality and very comfortable and the apartment is very well decorated- definitely a luxurious place to stay. Two washing machine and two dryers!!! Never have we had that in any vacation rental anywhere, let alone in Italy. Quiet and serene spot in the middle of crazy, chaotic Napoli!! We have been to Napoli many times and will never stay anywhere else in the future.

Best host in a great location!
Lorenzo's apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we could need! The location is very central, walkable to both the historic center and the seafront and main shopping areas. Lorenzo is extremely attentive and responsive, very quick to answer any questions we had. He has superb tips for in and around Naples, and even booked us rides to go to and from the airport, as well as a private driving tour of the Amalfi coast. 11/10 would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Naples!!

Heel fijn appartement met airco. Ruime badkamers, nette slaapkamers. Keurige en goed werkende wasmachine en droger. Op loopafstand van gezellige straatjes met restaurants, bars en wasgoed dat net als in Italiaanse films tussen de balkonnetjes hangt. Lorenzo is superbehulpzaam, met ontvangst en daarna nog met allerlei vragen en boeken van een kayaktocht (kayaknapoli). Vijf sterren!
