Property was okay. It’s basic, they charge 6 euro for an extra key which is weird. And also they wouldn’t give me extra towels

The staff. The waiter told my friend that she was so funny and he would have sex with her if she wasn’t drunk the night prior. But the thing is she was sleeping in her room and never met him before, he then went on to insist it was her and he wanted to take her to a room to show her the cameras for proof. How perverted is that. He that proceeded to film her outside of her permission in the corner and then told her he would make a marriage with her and stared at us for a long time. We were very uncomfortable we reported it to the hotel and they said this has happened before but he still works there. They didn’t give us any compensation or an apology

Everything was great. Location is about 3km from Nissi beach, but there are public transport so it is easy to reach the beach. There are other beaches closer than the Nissi. Breakfast was as it is usual for the hotel.

No available parking. No breakfast. There are no lifts for the main building, where we stayed on the 3rd floor. We had the same bed sheets and towels for a 3 days of an expensive stay.

Very good location, close to city center, beach and public transport - just 3-5 min walk. A lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Meanwhile it was calm during the nights so I could have a good sleep 😊 The staff is super helpful, they provided me directions to go to some places and also provided iron as a special request during my whole stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I would defenetely recommend this hotel..

The amentities in the room could be improved to be more comfortable. For ex. the space to put shampoos in the bath was very small, the wardrobe was not closable. Also there could be a dryer in the balcony to dry the clothes. However, you could still use the chairs and the glass wall of the open balcony to dry the towels. Otherwise everything was great! I had a nice stay in this hotel for 7 nights.

Well it’s 5mn walking to the harbor, & 5mn to the main restaurants street as well the clubs, , quite & relaxing area, highky advised!

Location of the hotel is very convenient, it is 10 min walk from the nearest beach and 5 min walk to Main Street of Ayia Napa. There are bus stops nearby to explore neighboring beaches & cities. a lot of restaurants in the area as well as supermarket. Staff was listening to our comments and did their best to accommodate us.

The rooms are not sound isolated, you can see corridor light through the door as well as hear everything what is going on the corridor. We had bad luck of very heavy party people staying next to our room and partying also on the corridor and the noise made it impossible to sleep. The staff changed our room to a more remote one. Cleaning of the room could also be improved, it also happened that fresh towels or bed sheets were stained which does not leave a good impression.

The location is perfect to go to the city and also to the beach.
