Absolutely beautiful villa ,containing everything you need to be safe and comfortable in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The view's are exceptional and the villa is central to all the main resort's. The pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas plus a little bar, which was very welcome indeed. The air-conditioning system was not working properly when we were there but overall a brilliant property and would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a great time any query's dealt with immediately good villa no problems getting cabs down town. Minor building work currently, very little noise but if I was booking this villa out within the next 24 months I would be asking the question about upcoming work.

mooie villa , zeer comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heel fijn zwembad met uitstekende voorzieningen, alles is ook zeer netjes en schoon verder een geweldig uitzicht.

I had an amazing time with my fiancé, my sister and her partner here. The villa itself is purely magnificent and breathtaking. I will however recommend hiring a car as it’s up a beautiful mountain.

Property was in very good condition with everything that you would need ... clearly very well maintained Only disappointment was the lack of en-suite bathroom ( we used 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and had to contend with 1 relatively small bathroom between those) There is a large shower room and facilities in the basement, but not ideal

We just spent 11 days in Villa Strelizia. To our regret, there is a construction site directly in front of the house, of which there was no mention from the owners side before our stay. The construction work produced extreme noise all days exept two sundays and one national holiday -the spanish work long hours from about 8 to 18, 6 days a week! During these hours, all kinds of electrical tools, cranes, trucks and hammers were running non-stop! To top it off, the builders had direct views to the whole garden, terrace and pool area at a distance of no more than 5 meters from the property line. Because of all this, we were actually ready to relocate to another house, sadly there were no alternatives available. The house itself though, is nice, squeaky clean and has everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful housekeeper too. Unfortunately, several plots around the villa seem to be getting ready for construction, so one should absolutely be prepared for that. For these reasons, I do not recommend renting the house.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in geweldige villa met alles erop en eraan. Het zwembad had de juiste temperatuur, het uitzicht geweldig en de tuin van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Teneriffa. Und die Villa ist ein echter Traum. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Und der Ausblick abends ist sehr traumhaft. Ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden dorthin fahren.

Spent a beautiful early December week in the villa. We were 2 couples and as there are so many different areas in the villa and in the grounds it gave plenty of opportunities to be together or to have some quiet time. Absolutely fantastic views of the Costa Adeje 180 deg panorama. Easy parking in road outside the villa. Lovely quiet area whilst we were there. Carsten and his wife were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive to any requests we had. We paid (150 euros) for pool heating and countercurrent and all thoroughly enjoyed the facility, (we were lucky enough to have fab weather) which made it value for money. Handy poolside bar-with music-and poolside changing facility with toilet and shower. You simply couldn't ask for more!

We were very disappointed that the pool was not heated as we read that from 1st Nov. to March the pool was heated to 26 degrees. There was only one poor quality pillow per person and the bed linen is not 4star quality. From the pictures in your brochure we thought that there was going to be an en-suite bathroom to all three bedrooms. The welcome was very good. Also there was a lot of noise from the construction work immediately below the house. Generally we thought the facilities provided good accommodation.

We opted for the pool heating It was lovely for our baby grandson.The grounds so pretty and amazing sea views.The Accommodation is Luxurious.And generous so clean and attractive .Very comfortable beds.Comfy sofa . Smart TV. Great kitchen . with everything you need to cook great meals .We hired a car .As the local taxis although plentiful and cheap to use.Cant seem to understand your request when.asking for a taxi.The area is lovely and once down at the sea their are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.Also lots of supermarkets to stock up on Groceries.We all enjoyed our stay at Villa Strelitzia . With kind regards to Carston and his wife Oushi who take care of the property and were most helpful and never intrusive.We will return ..

(A total of 5 adults and two babies) + Carsten was a very friendly and helpful host. + Pool and terrace was nice and beautiful + Location is great. Very easy to get everywhere by car. It´s also walking distance to grocery store, Shopping Center and restaurants + The Wifi was good. + A lot of bedrooms. + Kitchen was well equiped and everything spotless clean! There was also good grill to cook. - The weather has been not so fine some days + We will recommend this place to stay. + Good value for money.

Our party of six stayed here for two weeks in September 2018. Prior to our arrival, the booking process had been very easy and communications with Sven were excellent - his response time could be measured in minutes. We arrived at the villa rather late, around 23.00, due to flight delays but Carsten was very welcoming and pleasant, showing us around and making us feel at home. The villa is large and modern - the air-conditioning was much appreciated as there was a heatwave during the second week of our stay. The pool was used quite a lot also. The wifi was excellent which was very important to the younger members of our group! One of the most outstanding features of the property is it's location - it stands on high ground overlooking the coast and the views from the terrace and balconies are wonderful. Local facilities are really good - shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby, but I would recommend a car to get around the local area and further afield. Sven suggested we try AutoReisen and they were really good - not expensive, everything included in the price and they have a minimum age for drivers of 23, unlike most other companies. We used the cars a lot, visiting all the coastal resorts in the local area (recommend La Caleta) and further afield - Santa Cruz, Mount Teide and the lava fields,. Puerto de la Cruz (Loro Park), Masca near Santiago del Teide (highly recommended) and Los Gigantes - all well worth a visit. In summary, the villa provided us with a fantastic base from which to enjoy our holiday and we would be more than happy to go there again

We absolutely loved our stay of 11 nights at the villa, it’s just so lovely, peaceful, private and luxurious! The beds are super comfy, which is great! Lots of towels! Also good security and you feel very safe there. You do need a car, because it’s in a very quiet area, but very accessible to all the main attractions, about a 10/15 min drive! Carsten who dealt with us, was fantastic in ever way, always there for any information and advice about the area and of course the villa. We would highly recommend it ! You won’t be disappointed & it’s also good value at the price!

Fine marble and bespoke ironmongery adorn each of the 3 accessible floors, with double glazing, insect meshing, blackout curtain and fine nets throughout allowing you to enjoy the truly amazing views over the valley looking down onto to open sea. The outside terraces, patios, garden and sunbathing areas are absolutely 100% private to the villa giving you the freedom to enjoy and relax. Attention to design and decor has not been spared outside, with such meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. More than generous room for relaxing, eating, sunbathing and swimming as well as an outside bar / kitchen and pool shower room and toilet. The pool is simply fantastic, can be heated for a nominal surcharge, and boasts a beautiful waterfall, and an amazing countercurrent swimming function meaning you can swim for miles against a current in the villa back yard. Outdoor and pool lighting makes evening swimming a pleasure. The master bedroom enjoys a large terrace veranda which overlooks the valley below and onto the open sea, truly beautiful sights. The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern equipment and plenty of room. This adjoins the stunning and large living room which combines both comfort and style effortlessly. Facilities have had as much thought, planning and attention as the rest of the villa with washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities etc all in a dedicated room in the basement. WiFi was both easy to connect to, fast and reliable, and was available through the whole villa. The whole villa was absolutely unbelievably clean. It was evident that much hard work had been put into preparing this villa for guests. Out of all the places I have stayed this is without doubt the cleanest I have ever been in. The villa benefits from having a caretaker who lives in the annex next door. We was given an excellent welcome and guided tour of the villa and facilities and made to feel very much at home. Nothing was a problem and the care we received from the caretaker was outstanding and complimented the already fantastic villa. This villa is absolutely ideal for a relaxing break, with outstanding facilities, world class views and impeccably well equipped maintained and prepared for you. Without a doubt the best villa we have ever had the fortune to stay in, and would high recommend it to anyone who is looking for top class accommodation and service second to none.
